The concierge, maintenance and front office are really amazing. Great location and if you like dogs then this is the place. I have to move every 2-3 years to different cities and this place has been the best one in the past 15 years.

My partner and I love living here! The staff is amazing & attentive-they are quick to respond, are overwhelmingly kind, and have been nothing short of a great experience. The grounds are well-maintained & clean and the apartment has held up over the last year without any significant issues. The only downside is that we are located on the very outskirts of the south end and there are no T stations close by, but the bus stops are so close & the walk into the busier parts of the city is gorgeous. We just renewed our lease for another 13 months.

From day one the entire staff was kind and welcoming and extremely friendly. I am newish to Boston but the other building I lived in was no where near as friendly and welcoming. The Smith is exceptionally clean as well.

After six months of living at The Smith, I’m finally settled in and really proud to call it my home! Honestly, it’s been such a great experience so far. Life here is just way easier. It’s super convenient having a gym, coworking spaces, and a free coffee machine just steps from my apartment. I can get so much done without even leaving the building! The amenities are awesome, and there’s a real sense of community here. Whether I’m having a chill night or a productive day at the coworking space, I always feel comfortable and relaxed. Great experience overall. It is always clean and comfortable and calm. The elevators have been broken a few times but it has not been a big deal. The locations is very convenient for us. We would love a ping pong table.

The move in process is super easy and the staff is welcoming and friendly. They make setting up utilities/ wifii / tv really easy by using their app to make your selections. The building is beautiful with great amenities!

Absurd luxury price with awful service. Took 6 weeks to get a window/wall leak fixed (a leak in a brand new building). Staff is incredibly unfriendly, and impolite. They charge you if you left your fob in the apartment and don’t even let you back in until maintenance comes (sometimes can take multiple hrs). The amenities promised when we toured 18 months ago are still not all complete. Packages are often late or lost. Refrigerated deliveries aren’t placed in the fridge. There is so much wrong here. Run the other way.

We have been here for almost 6 months and we have enjoyed it so far. The apartment is spacious, well designed and comfortable. The various amenities makes it even more enjoyable. Finally the building is in the back of south end which is quiet and we really enjoyed that

The Smith is perfect for me…it’s home! I like things kept up, as far as the grounds, gym, pool and cleanliness is very, very important! I have left other buildings because they were not kept up, which was sad…we pay for this beautiful building and appreciate the amenities…thank you!

The Smith is excellent, we are only leaving because we moved to another state. The only issue is we had to break our lease early and they were not flexible with letting us buy out the lease—we had to pay the remainder of our rent. The floors are a bit thin so we could hear the people above us. Other than that, the community is great, loved the amenities.

This is a beautiful building with wonderful amenities. I've never lived in an apt building before, and thanks to a lot of light and a rare private balcony, I am loving it! With just one week in, I am in awe of the features The Smith thought to include when designing this building.

I currently live in the Smith Apartments, a modern residential area in the heart of the city. The apartments are very modern in design, with great lighting and a very quiet living environment. Residents treat each other with respect, the management team is very responsive and any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. The location is extremely convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. Public transportation is also very convenient, with buses within walking distance. The interiors of the apartments are luxuriously furnished and the kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities. The gym and swimming pool are the highlights of the apartment and are well equipped and maintained, I often work out there. Overall, Smith Apartments provided a comfortable and convenient living environment that made my daily life very enjoyable.

Was underplayed how prevalent construction noise would be prior to moving in and was promised amenities in the other building that were stripped away as the new building filled up. Otherwise, nice build and friendly neighbors.

I like the building, all the amenities it has. However, some people in the leasing office are not nice and you see a lot of discrimination between residents.

Things had to be fixed when I moved in, but overall the maintenance people were very quick and It was a new building. Lots of events for residents.
