Tucked away with easy access to the Cherry Creek trail, this two bedroom, three full bathroom condo (loft upstairs with full bath can function as an office or bedrooom) is privately owned and features an open layout and vaulted ceilings to let in lots of natural sunlight. Located on the third floor, take advantage of the additional loft upstairs as a great game room or child’s play area, and take in the unobstructed views the trail has to offer from either balcony in each room. Not only is this condo located within five minutes of a King Soopers, Costco, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, but is also within five minutes of E-470 and about ten minutes from I-25. The condo comes with one reserved parking space, but parking is generally very available. Although there is no garage, this condo does include balcony and under stairs storage. Tenant will have access to the complex’s pool in the summer, 24 hour gym and clubhouse upon request. It is also within walking distance from a sand volleyball court, open field and public playground. Rent includes water and trash. Tenant will be responsible for utilities and WiFi. Tenants are permitted to keep up to 2 domestic cats in the rental unit. No other pets, including dogs, reptiles, birds, or other animals, are allowed without prior written consent from the landlord. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their cats, including but not limited to scratches, odors, or stains. An additional pet deposit of $200 is required.
