The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Post Oak Park
Worst Experience EVER with the New management.. (smh). We lived there for almost 10 years until the last management came in providing dumb services and ideas like Fetch, not maintaining their units properly (mold in our case), cheaping out on appliances, etc.

Apartments are like new when you move in and if anything goes wrong, the maintenance team is there in a flash. Never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a team member to appear and solve the problem. Everyone knows your name and you are recognized on sight. This is not only a nicety but makes me feel more secure. Location is fantastic! Right in the middle of the Galleria and the best prices in the area!! I love living here!
I have lived in 5 different apartments over the past 10 years, and thus far, Post Oak Park has been the best of everything. Best location in Houston if you ask me, cannot beat living in a luxury apartment under a grand and Inside the 610 Loop! My experience with Management has also been the best, great people, remember you by name and apartment number, and even though there isn't many issues that come up with the unit, when there is anything, they are quick to respond and follow up with you to make sure it got fixed. Landscape is very pleasant, and quiet, and the pool area is very relaxing. Again, cannot beat the location, literally 3 blocks away from the Galleria, and 2 miles away from Memorial Park, which you can walk/run to or on you bike on the weekends. Best of all, it's only 15 minutes away from my work. Being so central in Houston, it's close to any where!
This apartment was very nice and in a nice area. One downfall is that petty crime in the area because it is such a nice area. I definintely would recommend to someone but get an alarm system.
Located inside the loop near the Galleria, this is a gem of a location. Rooms are larger and price is lower that the newer complex's in the area. Apartments are being updated on an ongoing basis to keep up with the trends. Management communicates well via text and email, and maintenance issues are addressed quickly. LOVE the location!
What can I say I have been here for almost six years, I love the peace, tranquility and locale of this great complex. It is a hidden gem with access to ALL major freeways, the galleria and Uptown. I must give credit where credit is due to the property manager Chris, he is simply amazing. He knows all his residents always helps, listens, and provides solutions if there is anything you are NOT happy with. This is the first property I have ever felt like a part of a family where we ALL respect one another and our community. This property is aesthetically peaceful with a huge park in between both buildings lots of greenery for those who love our four legged cuties. Also we have an annual Christmas soiree which is amazing a bash fit for those who appreciate great food, drinks and incredible desserts. I truly feel like this community is more like HOME than an apartment complex.
I have lived at post oak park apartments (phase I) for one year. The only reason I'm leaving is because my job is relocating to DFW. This is a very nice and quiet complex, and I've never had issues with noise or neighbors. On the two occasions I had to call maintainance (broken electrical socket and leaking toilet) they were fast and efficient. My only complaint is pretty minor: all packages, including big heavy boxes, are delivered to the front office and it can be somewhat difficult to get them to your apartment if they are particularly large or heavy. I have always felt safe here and I have not seen any bugs (I hate bugs and this is Houston so I feel it's worth mentioning). I hope this helps anyone looking at these apartments!
A great location, awesome staff that is very proactive all the way around. Really hate to move from this location. Only thing is the traffic going to work or coming home. Just need to have a plan to get around it.
