Good for a first apartment but after the first year it’s a bit overpriced for the square footage you get . Elevator is constantly broken without any notice. Dog owners leave poop everywhere. Parking is very limited.
I'm very pleased with haven, but however, things could be improved and they are improving. So I'm just gonna continually give my feedback and continuously be a team member also with being a resident, I'm the one that helps out when the team is off. For instance, someone let their pet use the restroom in the elevator I don't have pets but I took it up on myself to clean the elevator out because The team wasn't here so I'm a resident and I wanted it to be clean so I cleaned it. I just wish the residents with pets would not allow their pets to use the restroom in the elevators are the hallways, but besides that, there's nothing wrong with haven at Main And the new staff are ROCK STARS , thank you.
For the most part it’s quiet except for the loud music in parking garage(not too often). Maintenance response in a very timely manner. Staff super friendly.

Okay. you asked. I can see dramatic improvement with Greystar taking over Haven on Main. For the most part, the security access doors work - almost - The third floor doors near the freight elevator were fixed, but one side is not functioning. The pool area is looking better all of the time; as is the exercise room. The security patrols are very evident BUT (there's always a BUT), the parking garage still resembles a race track. As is have said before, this is the only parking garage where I have been tailgated. Question - Will Greystar reimburse me for my $1,000 deductible when I am hit? The management and support staff are very good at their jobs!! Some one is going to be injured and property

The management team is working very hard to improve the fitness center. The improved presence of the "security officer" as well as the tow truck checking to ensure all belong is quite evident. However, the facility is still not secure: A. The access doors still do not work. B. Vehicles are still following residents' vehicles into the parking garage. I have no idea how to stop that. The tow truck will be helpful but can't be there all of the time. The support staff are doing an excellent job of "trying" to keep the trash chute areas clean. Despite what residents do. Becoming a lot better!!

Apartment is great! No bugs! Just got cameras , staff changes a lot but everyone seems nice. Complex events. They still have trouble answering the phones and my packages are still being stolen. The location is great but the rent is quite high. OVERALL…8 out of 10

The management team, is very friendly. I love that unit that I have, it’s very spacious and not a lot of noise around me . It’s very peaceful and that’s something I really love .
I haven’t had any major problems with the apartments. I’ve only had my items stolen once and the walls are thin but the apartment complex are calm. I will say for the price of rent there could be better appliances/amenities. Most people don’t clean up after their pets so the hallways smell like pet litter.
Till now everything is good This is my 4 day and seeing good Let see with time My apartment looks amazing Our leasing agent Lafon Johnson was great Thank you for make all this possible
Facilities and equipment are wonderful sequrity is very good ,in generall is very exellent,but a negative point is noisy in high way ,if the window can cut off this noisy it was great

The apartments are fine. The walls are thin so you will hear a lot of your neighbors conversation. A lot of pets so the hallways do smell like pet urine. Maintenance answers quickly and there use to be a a lot of community gatherings but there are few now. 7/10
I have really enjoyed living at Haven at Main so far. The community is very welcoming and the staff are very helpful. Living at this location has tons of benefits, it’s very close to a lot of important areas in the city, and it’s a good place to call home.
I’m a new resident. Vanessa made my tour one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I saw the unit, I knew this would be my new home. I’m so glad I made the choice to live here.
It was a great experience due to everything being done in a timely manner. I really appreciated Juan in helping me throughout the whole process because he made sure I was satisfied.
It is a nice place, with a good location; but they need to pay more attention to the inhabitants and their requests; since they are sent to the administration and no response is obtained
Nice complex, need more security and cameras around the building. Got my car tires stolen once, all four of them. The leasing office worker seem pretty cool.

I’ve been here for about a month now and honestly, so far so good! I will say it can get a bit noisy outside but that’s kind of expected since this complex is along Main st. Lots of option to shop and eat nearby too! Will come back to comment if anything ends up being bad but truly, it’s a great experience so far:)
the whole move in process was very quick and easy. everything was so organized. so far, so good here plus my apartment is very nice and clean.
Have been living here for less than a week and so far it seems like a friendly community. My apartment is located in a very quiet corner facing a section of trees. The apartment is spacious and was recently repainted with new floors. Hopefully the couple of items I reported that need fixing on the initial inventory form will be taken care of soon. I like the location of the apartment complex near many stores and the medical center where I will be working. The parking garage has ample parking.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for a whole year now and overall would give it 4 stars! We haven’t had any major problems, only had to request maintenance once. Thank you Haven, for letting us call you home!
The best way to start is : Yesterday, (Monday) morning, as I left to go to work I noticed, right in front of the trash door on Level three, a large aluminum pan, the type caters use to serve at functions, with some sort of food, covered in foil with a half-eaten cake. This was simply dropped on the floor instead of simply throwing it out. My vehicle has been "broken into" (I leave it unlocked to avoid broken windows) twice in the last few weeks. The residence continues to be unsecured; the security door on level 3 is still not operational; it has been this way for months now. People still speed through the garage, paying minimal attention to their surroundings. Someone will be injured, sooner than later and I want to be wrong about this. I do notice the security officers on premises and appreciate their excellent work. BUT, they can't be everywhere; nor can the management staff. The gym equipment still do not work for the most part. Enough said
I moved in a few days ago a (4/26/24) still getting Adjusted to my new environment. My leasing agent was very helpful and supportive. I’m glad to be part of the Haven family.
I love the garage and being able to park close to my apartment. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit. The kitchen is nice and big and fun to cook in. The bathrooms have plenty of space.

The process was a lengthy, but it was well worth it. I am in love with my floor plan. Everything is nice. The staff are very patient with me I would recommend to family and friends!
Move in was amazing the staff is awesome and that apartment is beautiful. The maintenance is very good with response time and they are really helpful.
The maintenance guys are incredibly. Juan the Manager is amazing . If I have any issues they try to fix it as soon as possible . I love the Management .

Work orders are always done on time! I have not trouble getting in contact with the office, maintenance does there best to keep the apartments clean.
My experience was mixed due to the new leasing agent on site who promised a rate which was changed on lease signing. Move in date was three days later than expected and home was not clean.
I really enjoy this facility! It has nice amenities and the staff is very helpful concerning the needs of the residents. While the residents could do a better job of doing their part to keep the community clean, the staff never ceases to work on improvements to keep our area nice.
I am really enjoying my new spot. The apartment is big and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. I stay in building two where it’s super quiet at.
It was great! I love it here! The processing to moving in was easy and they handled everything efficiently. I have been here for 8 months now with no issues and still loving it!
Great experience thus far, haven’t had any major issues while living here. Fellow residents are good. Hopefully it stays like that for the longest.

Would like to see quicker response on work order requests. Would also like more parking passes for guests. Also want to see a better response when calling in front office (rarely answer unless you go in person). I like the improvements I’ve seen. We should get the carpets cleaned and floors powerwashed.

Mold mold mold and very rude staff … also 2 months someone broke into over 40 cars in one night! they did not pay tenants fix all the broke car windows! I was one of them this will be my last yr here! Run!!!!

It’s a good place. Residents just need to stop letting their dogs pee and poop on the hallway carpets. Honestly they just need to take the carpet out and put tile. Because the carpet makes the hall smell bad. The office personal are nice and attentive when you speak with them.
Wish there was better security. Car was broken into. Other than that these apartments are a good option for a college student or a single family.

So far so great! Move in was easy and very satisfied with the entire experience! This is my first time out on my own and this has been a pleasurable in which the Haven has made me very comfortable.
Great! You would love living here. Management is great and all. They have a coffee machine that I love considering the fact I work from home.

A nice apartment so far. A few things have broken pretty quickly on (ac which was fixed the same day and a bathroom fan which is scheduled to be fixed). The amenities are ok. The apartment is sometimes a bit difficult to get out of, but once you do, there is a lot of things nearby. Biggest complaint is that some of the other tenants will drop trash in the hallways and not clean up after themselves
