Although small, this community is full of commercial spaces. Love the building— very clean and friendly staff. One of the elevators has been out of service since we moved in and the coffee maker sometimes does not work either. Other than that we love it

Great place to live . Management and staff is awesome. Maintenence are capable and professional. The building is clean. Neighborhood is wonderful.
I have been here several months and have loved the experience so far. The only issues I have had were getting stuck in the elevator and one rude concierge person but other than that the facilities are great, maintenance is great, location is great, building is great!
I love Lincoln old town. It is so quiet and in the perfect location. I am so happy I picked this apartment complex. The only issue I have is regarding appliances - our dish washer just doesn’t work. I will say when a request is put in, the maintenance team is wonderful.
The apartment is spacious and in a more than ideal location. However, the apartment itself lacks storage space in the kitchen and ideal height for kitchen accessories.
Absolutely love it here. The location, the apartment itself, the amenities… just down right wonderful! The concierge desk is so helpful. The parking garage feels safe. I’m excited to raise a child here
I've lived in Lincoln Old Town now for a few months, and my experience here has been pretty positive. The apartment is beautiful and everything has worked well in my apartment. Things are quiet, and the amenities seem to be nice. There is a nice community in my hall, and I've enjoyed getting to meet some of my neighbors. I enjoyed an event the management put on last month - I wish they held things more often! Also, you can't beat the location, to be able to walk depe into Old Town, and have stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk. However, I tend to have a negative experience anytime I do need something and have to work with the front office staff, particularly my move-in. It's a shame it's such a nice complex with staff that aren't helpful when you need it. I'd generally recommend, particularly for the price point in the area.
Full of great people, safe place, wonderfully walkable, amazing courtyard and pool. Helpful staff from conceirge to maintenance. Not much more that could be asked for in an apartment building or community.

Fabulous reception from lease office on my arrival day. Organized and thorough. My apartment was better than I anticipated! Staff is helpful and friendly as are the other residents. Parking garage offers several floors and sufficient parking. Great amenities to!!
We love living at Lincoln Old Town! The location is great and the maintenance staff are wonderful. And if you can get the front desk staff to look up when you enter the building, then they too are very nice :)
The apartment itself seems nice so far. However, I've had a horrible experience working with the front desk staff in trying to sign my lease and move in. Every interaction has been difficult, incorrect information shared, and zero concerns about helping the resident themselves.
Living at Lincoln Old Town has been super great so far! The concierge is super friendly, there are good amenities, and the location is great. Would definitely recommend living here.
We were moving to VA from out of state so we did everything online. Maria helped us through every step of the way! Everyone is friendly and nice...from leasing office, concierge and facilities/maintenance. Maintenance staff (Alberto) is attentive in resolving our requests timely. Great location, near the metro, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and plenty of green space around.

Great location, building is nice. Quick elevators, good door system, and very clean. One issue has been that for rent prices this high, the unit I rented was not move-in ready and that has been a disappointing hassle. Outdated/dirty appliances, but at least carpet seems to have been replaced.

I have really enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. The community is super walkable and everyone is so friendly. It is hard to beat the location!
Just renewed my lease at Lincoln of Old Town. I'm so excited to live here with the New Property Manager, I can see some positive changes since she has been aboard. It is going to be so nice to live here under her management and the staff. The neighborhood is everything, restaurants, subway, easy walk to Old Town. The building is well kept. Parking garage has plenty of parking spaces. The concierges are so welcoming.
The apartment is in old town Alexandria and has an incredible view of Maryland across the river. The apartment is very nice and has amazing amenities
Very smooth move in process with responsive communication from the staff. The ability to quickly find and be approved for an apartment was great.
Great location, walkable community, friendly staff and residents. Only critique is that the leasing office can be slow to respond at times, and they have misplaced paperwork I have sent them previously. Otherwise, I have really enjoyed living here!

It continues to be an enjoyable experience living here as I approach the ten-year mark. Aside from the people who work here, the location is great, and I enjoy my apartment.
Very nice building and location. The price is high, but that is how it is at all apartments in the area. A little upset at the moment by the leasing office sending me a random balance due a few days after moving in when I paid all costs associated with move-in and have not heard back from them in over 24 hours after letting them know they are likely in error over this. The apartment was mostly very clean upon arrival, but some "harder to get to" spots were not and some commonly/easily damaged things are, which is to be expected. All-in-all, I would recommend this Lincoln Old Town, so far, but it's been less than a week.
I have been living at Lincoln Old Town for the past 4 years. I love love love it here! I love how close it is to the waterfront of Old Town. I love how close it is to the King Street Metro Station. I love how walkable this area is, it's only 1 mile to the waterfront. I love the area around the building, so many bars/restaurants, parks, grocery stores, etc.. I love my apartment and the club room and the outdoor space. I love living here!
I've been so happy in my two months here as a resident! The application process was a little confusing as there was a shift in staff, but everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. The apartment is spacious, the location is fantastic, and the property is well-maintained. This is the best place I've rented in my 10 years in the DC area.
So far, I have enjoyed the added technology in place at Lincoln Old Town Apts. The package room and front door applications add to the resident experience and I hope they continue to look for new ways to incorporate more. The concierge desk is an added bonus. They are always willing to help and have a pleasant hello when you walk in.
I am very happy with the apartment community and location. I wish the personnel in the business office communicated more with the residents.
Great atmosphere always feels like home walking in. If I ever have a problem it’s answered or fixed right away. The location can’t be beat and has all the amenities you could ever want.
Very nice here. It’s quiet and calm. Lots of amenities and good location. I like it that there’s a gym, clubhouse and courtyard and pool. It’s also good there’s a garage and place for packages. And it’s good that there’s a maintenance team on site and concierge.
I really wish the lighting and signage was better in the garage. So far that is my only comment.
The Echelon bikes have been out of commission for almost a month despite bringing up the issue
The doors are cheap plastic and do not provide any privacy from the hallway.
Repair was not done, marked completed in error. System seems very glitchy
I'm happy with how quickly maintenance has responded each time, but with it was completely fixed.

I can't even begin to explain how terrible this management company is. DO NOT rent from them... any of their properties. THEY hired cheap labor to do upgrades, which resulted in a leak, UNDER the flooring they installed.. which bled into the bedroom and created mold under the carpet and tried to charge me $2000 for it... but "settled" and claimed I still owed $300.. Sorry, NO i owe nothing. But thanks for trying.
Great community and great service overall. This experience is our first since moving in, and I'm sure it will get better for our next one.
It's in a great spot & relatively quiet. If you don't mind the smell of marijuana and rarely need anything from leasing staff or want to use the amenities, it could be worthwhile.
I have had a few minor maintenance issues (toilet and washing machine) and both were address and fixed either the day I did the online request or the next morning if I made the request after business hours.
It was a decent living space that provided the necessities and safety.
I think this is a good apartment building in a great location, I haven't had many issues living here.
All staff are courteous and helpful in resolving any issue I have brought to their attention
