I see a lot of progress in my community and I appreciate the hard work of my leasing office staff. Also would you please pay more attention in regards to cleaning of the parking areas and the driveway where is some dirt remaining from the construction. I moved in 3 weeks ago and the staff has been really great. Valerie & Jacquelyn have been my main points of contact and they’ve addressed any concerns I’ve had with smiles on their faces. The property is very quiet both during the day and at night. Not to mention there are cameras all over. This was a big move for me coming from Florida but so far I love living at TLAW

MANAGEMENT
The manager and Leasing Consultant staff are very dedicated and hard working team. Almost all problems and complaints are well attended and resolved immediately as presented. With the on going renovations, fitting of new appliances that befits making living easy. It has captured attention and added values by attracting more prospective future residents. The apartment houses are well and properly cleaned and maintained regularly at all times. Security is monitored and in place. It's nice place to live and call a home.

My family and I have been living in this complex for long years under different Managements over these years. Children play freely around because it's safe complex, and parents mostly don't worry about their kids out there. School is just across and very convenient. I haven’t had any issues since living here. If there’s a problem inside the apartment, Maintenace is very quick to come and fix the problem. The complex is quiet at all times, and my unit is spacious. I definitely plan on renewing my lease.

The apartments are very nice and clean but maintenance is very bad. We put in maintenance request about a year ago but still they have not been fixed. The management is nice but the only issue is the maintenance.

Do not move here
I’m writing a review every where so people know not to move into this ace. It is absolutely DISGUSTING. It’s infested with mice and roaches. The office staff is horrible and condescending. Just pay the extra money to find a nice clean place to love.

Don't move to the life at West Park they don't fix anything and some work orders will go unfixed for years! And they don't value they're residents even if you been living there for over 11 years.

Horrible place to live in. Before the Life at West Park took over, things were way better. Things have been completely different here now since this new management took over. They dont care about anyone. Nothing is ever fixed. All they care about is your monthly rents, and after that nothing else matters to them. When you call on the office to inform them on why they have refused to address your concern, all they do is bang phone on you, claiming one is yelling. Its horrible here. Anyone planning to come here should think twice, as you will ever regret it.

Its an affordable living (although this year rent has been increased by almost $200 per month) but the maintenance is really poor which makes the living experience worst.

Excellent clean and safe area to live in. I have 6 kids and I love hope quiet it is and that there is on site security. Also EVERYTHING is close. My son goes to school directly across the street.

I try not 2 complain much however this unit was a disaster when i moved in.. nothing was cleaned .. stuff was broken.. my master room bathroom has been out of order since i mived in and the reason i cant get it fixed is apparently covid 19... outlets have not worked and not 1 time since i have been living here as someone came 2 spray or put anything down for mice and roaches... i have had 2 purchase my own riddance for pest in a conplex full of pest... terrible

poor maintenance
The maintenance is really bad, our tiles are coming off the sink and showers are leaking, the drawers are breaking. We complained and no one ever came to fix the issues, and on the website, they said that they already fixed the issue. The old management had it better with better and faster service, the new management doesn't even pick up the phone sometimes.

No maintenance and bad management
Actually they don’t deserve one star because this apt is the worst no maintenance service, and people in office are full of lies. Every month the AC stop working they drive crazy because they don’t fix they thing is broken. Stay away not worthy of your money find somewhere safe and clean.

Terrible office administration
The office administrators have a very unprofessional attitude towards me and my neighbors repairs issues. Apparently a broken front door knob is not a priority. Aside from the repairs never attended to, Im afraid for my family's life as I have witnessed 3 people get shot in the complex. Twice in one year when the appartments were called Park Village and once this year in August 2020 after its named "Life at Westpark". They changed it after it was all over the news. I am certainly moving soon. Would not ever reccomend these apartments or anywhere near them.

Poor Services
I have been complaining the same problem over and over, nothing has been done to address it. I recently reported a leakage into one of my rooms, no single person showed up, after several calls they stop picking my call. The room was stinking for good two weeks. I had to use my money to clean it up. The other problem is still there since 3 months. The staff are not friendly, poor human relationship. Really unfair the way you guys are treating people here.

AC problems
My apartment is currently 80 degrees and is not cooling. I have lived here for 2 years the previous management did nothing to fix it. And now the current management could careless. Temporary fixes that dont last. It is summer time and is to hot inside. You got to do better.

Bad service and very rude the manneger
These apartments have just changed their name because they have new owners but they are still the same. I just talked to the manegger that started new and it is a grocer. I have problems with the water in my apartment and with the current and they don't do anything to fix it, I'm also having problems with my washing machine that when they were the last time fixing the hot water, the maintenance workers climbed on top of it and added it all over, I am demanding more than a month ago the office staff to pay me my washing machine because it is new purchased less than a year and they want me to go out all over Houston to look for an estimate when that they have to do that they were the ones who broke my washing machine I am very angry because they think that one is the same as them I will not look for any estimate they have to fix what happened the apartment does not work at all well everything is bad inside are done? With this I say everything and you call the office and they are tremendous rude, it seems that they have no desire to work or security there is already in the property

It is bad
Bad maintenance service when an emergency never answered the phone and water leaks mice and horn vipers report and I never received an answer the parking lots are always limited bad bad I do not really recommend it
