Property Ratings at Liberty Gateway
This is a super nice complex in a great location. Even though it is a new building, it seems the management is still always making improvements. The property manager, Lorena, is wonderful and the maintenance staff are very quick and do a great job. The price also seemed more reasonable than a lot of downtown complexes. I enjoyed my 2 years here.
This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The leasing staff are very nice, always accommodating when I received packages, there is a gym with free weights and a rack (I've never seen any apartment actually have a bar and rack in their gym), close to the freeway and downtown, and very new building with a parking garage. Would recommend living here to anyone.
This a great apartment complex that's clean, secure, with everything I needed moving to Utah from out of state. In-unit washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, stove. Included indoor, badge access parking is definitely a plus since it's my first time living in a place that snows. The leasing office ladies are amazing to work with, so sweet and helpful. They have resident mixers and random treats. Maintenance is super responsive. Love that they are starting to notify us when packages arrive in their office. Great location close to TRAX station, Gateway mall, Energy Solutions Arena. Only downside is the shelter a few blocks away where a lot of homeless people roam the streets and jaywalk right in front of your moving vehicle, but I haven't been concerned about my safety at all.
I just moved here from NY to start my new job, and chose Liberty Gateway as my new home. This place has wonderful amenities, great security, and is close to EVERYTHING. I love being next to all the great restaurants downtown. It's right next to a couple of great concert venues, not to mention the ease of access to the public transit system. The staff is all very friendly and helpful to boot. Really an amazing place to live!
i have moved 5 times in two years and toured countless apartment complexes. This is by far the best. Not only is the price great for what you get, it is safe, clean, and great staff. I did everything pretty much over the phone because I was out of town. The only thing I could say negative is the homeless people down the street are a nuisance.
This place has a great staff, modern apartments, plenty of storage space, and feels safe. It's a great first apartment to live in! The staff is really helpful and will let furniture or utilities be delivered/set up before you arrive. They have a room for storing packages so they don't get stolen off your door step. Highly recommended!
Entrance area is small it is difficult to move in your couch so narrow and damage your couch while moving in. Air conditioning system; when running makes sounds as if someone is hitting your door. Bathroom tub is so small can hardly take bath. Although building is new but all bathroom fittings and faucets are below standards Parking spots are narrow and if you have big trucks forget to keep, you truck without dent for long time. In short pay rent every month and cry till your lease term ends.
Too close too the downtown Mission. No wonder they have security patrols. Also, if a car flies off the interstate it will land in the 3rd floor.
The staff are wonderful. I called maintenance at 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday because my air conditioner was not working and he was there within 45 minutes and he did not even live on the property. He said that he lived 20 minutes away. He was unable to fix the problem, but he came. The next day when I returned from work, the problem was resolved. The location is great! I love the added security. No one can get into the building without a key. The elevators won't even go anywhere but the first floor without a key. I like the underground garage because I won't have to scrape snow from my windows this winter. It is very quiet. I rented my apartment online before I even moved to Salt Lake City from Texas. It lived up to my expectations and it looked even better in person than the pictures online. I'm glad that I chose this apartment complex.
Everything is brand new and nice. The granite countertops look great. The price was about right for the location. The underground parking is awesome, as you always have a spot and your vehicle isn't parked in the elements. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to pick the exact unit I wanted, and they followed through. There are a variety of floor plans to choose from. They don't have a pool, but there are a number of other amenities. It all depends on your preference. I like that this apartment complex has good security features (not just anyone can have access to the parking garage, main lobby, and hallways).
The location is pretty good, the proximity to shoppin centers is great, the building is very well designed, and the apartments themselves are awesome.
