Off the coast of the Biscayne Bay, Park West is a buzzing neighborhood spanning to the south of the Interstate 395 and Highway 1 intersection. Although the neighborhood is small, it’s packed full of exciting opportunities. Head to the bayfront park called Maurice A. Ferré Park to enjoy the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Pérez Art Museum Miami, an amphitheater, and a trail following along the shore. Also situated off the shore is American Airline Arena which hosts everything from Miami Heat Games to star-studded concerts. Farther inland is where the residential areas can be found. Renters have options of luxury high-rises and condos with scenic views of the water and skyline. The inland section of town also features exciting nightlife, delicious restaurants, and the Miami Worldcenter, an over 25-acre, mixed-use development. Just south of the neighborhood sits the Miami Dade College-Wolfson Campus as well as Downtown Miami.
