The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lawndale
One maintenance guy that doesn’t have tools because everything is “ under warranty” . Can’t get the warranty agency to fix appliances because they refuse to show up and they refuse to work on appliances if they have to move the appliance. Hidden unexplainable fees. Weed smokers at all hours. Paper thin ceilings good luck if you’re living under someone. A child 2-3yr old was literally left outside during the snow from last month. No assigned visitor parking but they will immediately tow if you park in the parking lot theirs cameras that read the plates, visitors “must park on the street”. They will break into the car , it happens at least once a week. Apartments are newly constructed but poor quality. Paint will literally rub off the walls after a hot shower, door frames aren’t painted on the top or sides. The material is basically sawdust so expect mold and warping soon. Lots of gaps in the finishings of the cabinets, tubs , and vanities. Walls are warped already. Floor does not resist moisture or friction. They will separate and lift on its own. They never answer the phone at the office. All your mail goes to the office. Overall better than most but expect to get taken for a ride when you sign the contract or move out. You will not receive your down payment back. No roaches so far.
