We love our new apartment!! It's Beautiful, quiet, secure and just perfect for us. The staff is super helpful and patient. Erica helped with initially showing us the property. She also helped with the application process making sure we turned in everything. Chris was available at picking up our keys and answered my questions. Overall top notch staff. Maintenance responded quickly to replace a smoke detector. I think we will be very Happy here. It is our home now and we Love it.

So far we are happy with the place, apartment, neighborhood, management and maintenance team. Just wishing if the electrical appliances especially the electric burner, microwave etc could be newer to avoid the hustle of sending maintenance request frequently for the issues. Probably one of the best community to live in the area. The only thing is that the kitchen apparatus are slightly old and sometimes they stop working suddenly, but the maintenance team is efficient.

I've only been living here for a few weeks but so far, so good! The inside of my apt is beautifully renovated! I Love my gorgeous lake view from my balcony & the landscaping is always stunning. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to experience any of the amenities since the clubhouse is going under renovations and the pools are closed. I'm excited to see how it will look when completed! (:

Fast and friendly service! They had my family in our new home same day. Beautiful living quarters. 2 pools for the kids and so close to everything like all of the shipping and stores you need!
We’ve not been here very long, but so far are enjoying it. The landscaping has been updated around our apartment, giving us some psychic rewards whenever we walk to our front door and look out the window. Having a garage is a real plus, and one of the biggest reasons we chose Las Palmas. I would definitely recommend Las Palmas to anyone looking for a new place

I would feel safer and my neighbors say the same that we need the Guards back. Too many people follow cars in and we don’t know them. These cars make a U turn and follow you in.

Unfortunately, issues can occasionally occur due to moving or delivery trucks, or resident vehicles, but we work to resolve these matters as promptly as we can. Our community currently uses the Butterfly system, which allows residents to monitor who is entering and exiting the property. This system includes camera access so you can view your guests in real time. In addition, we have recently added a security officer to our community. If you notice anything that requires further attention, please feel free to contact the office during normal business hours. For after-hours concerns, you may call 281-286-5100. If the issue involves a legal matter or disturbance, you may request to have the courtesy officer notified, and he will be happy to assist. The community overall is peaceful and quiet. And our two bedroom apartment is quite spacious, but we did have quite a bit of issues when we first walked in the door as tenants first the washer wasn’t working then we found out the. Dryer doesn’t even dry. And today would have been our third night here and the AC isn’t running properly all day. The temperature has maintained at 77. Even though we try to lower it to 74. It’s getting really hot in here so I did send maintenance to come take a look at it immediately, and he mentioned that the Freon was low. and he said it’s gonna come tomorrow to clean the outside unit. They have replaced the washer with a brand new one yesterday, but they didn’t bring anything to replace the dryer. I was told by the maintenance guy that this unit has set for a long time and that’s why we’re having all this issues. I hope by tomorrow we don’t have to deal with anymore major issues in this unit. It’s incredibly frustrating and tiring after having moved in.

Nice community. Erica did a good job of explaining everything. Chris was also great at helping with questions as well. Getting emails that helped facilitate preparing for my move was helpful in setting things up.

A beautiful place…we love living here! The floor plan is perfect for us and we love the pools, gym, landscaping, etc. The community events have been so fun and we’ve met several really nice neighbors.

It seems like the quality / beauty of the property has declined in the last few months and the quality of any new Tennants has also decreased drastically.. ( my family and I were very happy here at first and I really appreciated the actual guard we had watching the entrance and it felt much safer.. it's a shame to see what used to be a safe and beautiful property decline.

Staff, neighborhood, beautiful light pink color paint, and location are great and make Las Palmas one of the best livable place! If there could be arranged a sidewalk for morning and evening walkers and an online or offline group for the residents to communicate each other, to make friends then it will be more lively and can help in many other ways.

I love my neighbors and the leasing office has been very kind. The maintenance team is a little slow getting to some stuff but that’s because there are so many apartments and they prioritize emergencies which is understandable

It’s a very quiet community. I enjoy that my neighbors whom are very nice and respectful. It would be great if the community had a dog park. Where our furbabies had a minute without a leash and be able to explore and play. The pet potty areas are not well kept or maybe kept as well as can be without the cooperation of other pet owners. However, the apartment is good just extremely outdated for the price I pay for a one bedroom but on the other hand ??? I have a garage.

Started a lil rocky but after a week of living here, I’m happy to call this beautiful spot our home. Easy parking for tenant, beautiful view from our windows, there’s always a random duck or animal sighting, and the neighbors seem really helpful.

Zero amenities, no safe place to walk (no sidewalks anywhere you have to walk where the cars drive and don’t mind their speed), emails to management go ignored, parking is nonexistent, constant construction and maintenance makes it impossible to ever relax at home, nothing for kids (no playgrounds or kids activities), no grills, very few/sparse dog waste receptacles and bags, aggressive breeds are everywhere, neighbors smoke weed openly, now management sent an email encouraging people to rent their units out for air bnb so I guess this isn’t a safe residential property anymore it’s a dang hotel for strangers to come and go as they please. There is absolutely NOTHING about this place that makes it luxury living idk why they advertise it as such
