Just move in to my apartment at Las Palmas and I’m loving it. There’s nothing in the area that give you the safety, luxury, and well maintained grounds like this apartment complex. The leasing staff are awesome and same with maintenance. Erica and Chris have been extremely helpful to me in this moving process which is a blessing with how stressful moving can be. Las Palmas provided clean, well-maintained housing at an affordable price. The location is super convenient if you work at JSC. The amenities are luxurious, and make the community feel more comfortable.

Nice and Clean Apartments! I like the pool. The fitness rom can be better though. Not that much of dambels and equipment can be found there!

Unfortunately, issues can occasionally occur due to moving or delivery trucks, or resident vehicles, but we work to resolve these matters as promptly as we can. Our community currently uses the Butterfly system, which allows residents to monitor who is entering and exiting the property. This system includes camera access so you can view your guests in real time. In addition, we have recently added a security officer to our community. If you notice anything that requires further attention, please feel free to contact the office during normal business hours. For after-hours concerns, you may call 281-286-5100. If the issue involves a legal matter or disturbance, you may request to have the courtesy officer notified, and he will be happy to assist. The community overall is peaceful and quiet. And our two bedroom apartment is quite spacious, but we did have quite a bit of issues when we first walked in the door as tenants first the washer wasn’t working then we found out the. Dryer doesn’t even dry. And today would have been our third night here and the AC isn’t running properly all day. The temperature has maintained at 77. Even though we try to lower it to 74. It’s getting really hot in here so I did send maintenance to come take a look at it immediately, and he mentioned that the Freon was low. and he said it’s gonna come tomorrow to clean the outside unit. They have replaced the washer with a brand new one yesterday, but they didn’t bring anything to replace the dryer. I was told by the maintenance guy that this unit has set for a long time and that’s why we’re having all this issues. I hope by tomorrow we don’t have to deal with anymore major issues in this unit. It’s incredibly frustrating and tiring after having moved in.

A beautiful place…we love living here! The floor plan is perfect for us and we love the pools, gym, landscaping, etc. The community events have been so fun and we’ve met several really nice neighbors.

It seems like the quality / beauty of the property has declined in the last few months and the quality of any new Tennants has also decreased drastically.. ( my family and I were very happy here at first and I really appreciated the actual guard we had watching the entrance and it felt much safer.. it's a shame to see what used to be a safe and beautiful property decline.

Just moved in but haven't experienced anything negative, love it here so far. Everytime I call into the office for anything particular, things get resolved immediately and promptly!
I like leaving in this complex, it’s secure place. Location is very convenient to restaurants, outlet, department stores, Baybrook mall and space center.

I love my neighbors and the leasing office has been very kind. The maintenance team is a little slow getting to some stuff but that’s because there are so many apartments and they prioritize emergencies which is understandable

It’s a very quiet community. I enjoy that my neighbors whom are very nice and respectful. It would be great if the community had a dog park. Where our furbabies had a minute without a leash and be able to explore and play. The pet potty areas are not well kept or maybe kept as well as can be without the cooperation of other pet owners. However, the apartment is good just extremely outdated for the price I pay for a one bedroom but on the other hand ??? I have a garage.

Started a lil rocky but after a week of living here, I’m happy to call this beautiful spot our home. Easy parking for tenant, beautiful view from our windows, there’s always a random duck or animal sighting, and the neighbors seem really helpful.

Zero amenities, no safe place to walk (no sidewalks anywhere you have to walk where the cars drive and don’t mind their speed), emails to management go ignored, parking is nonexistent, constant construction and maintenance makes it impossible to ever relax at home, nothing for kids (no playgrounds or kids activities), no grills, very few/sparse dog waste receptacles and bags, aggressive breeds are everywhere, neighbors smoke weed openly, now management sent an email encouraging people to rent their units out for air bnb so I guess this isn’t a safe residential property anymore it’s a dang hotel for strangers to come and go as they please. There is absolutely NOTHING about this place that makes it luxury living idk why they advertise it as such

Things are good except the contract maintenance, sometimes even the smallest thing can take 1-2 months to get the repair done. Situation becomes embarrassing when you suggest your friends to be your neighbor and when they show the interest and visit your apartment to get an idea before moving here and they find the repairs undone or half done.

We’ve enjoyed living at Las Palmas for the past 8 years. Minus the new security system (Butterfly) who allows random cars come in and out as they please, and us that are residents won’t let us come in with the sticker we were given. Most of the time the system is down and the gate is wide open. The maintenance being done in our roof is annoying. We used to be notified when they would come, now we are woken up to random people knocking at our door saying they are there for inspections or to make repairs. We feel there is no more privacy in our home. Having up to 10 people fixing our roof at a time, having access to our belongings, invading our space gets old pretty quick. Can’t wait till they are done and out of here. Besides that we love living here.

Please know that the current construction being completed is due to the natural disaster caused from hurricane Beryl, and is being completed as quickly as possible. It was unfortunate that our gate was down as a result of the storm do to power outages. Gate security was in fact present and available during the down time of the gate. Life at Las Palmas appears to be changing quickly. I notice a much more diverse group of residents moving in. I see quite a few little ones and younger people. There also seem to be quite a few dogs

Very quiet older apartment complex. Maintain nicely, great price with garages. I recommend this property for someone that is looking for a quiet community very close to the Webster Medical Center
