La Villa Estates

I lived at La Villa for approximately 7 years and found this apartment to be xlnt with maintenance & just a great safe place. The staff was great. I highly recommend this place.

We were apartment shopping from California and we stopped by without an appointment and Laura was gracious enough to give us a tour. We toured 12 different properties and upon returning home to Cali. we decide to rent from Laura and La Villa. She helped to streamline the process and got everything completed and approved within days. In her absence I was also assisted by Nancy, the Director of Leasing and I even had the opportunity to interact with Miranda, the Manager. I must say that the entire staff here at La Villa were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This made me feel totally comfortable with my decision to lease from them. I cannot say this for some of the other properties that we visited. I will be moving at the end of January and can't wait to enjoy the massive weight room, sauna, racquetball court, the pool and the most amazing location. Every restaurant, big box store, retail store, bowling alley, movie theater, you name it, is within a 9 minute drive. I have lived all over the country and I have never experienced everything in one place like it is here at La Villa. I can't wait to get there and start enjoying this amazing property and its location.

We moved from New Jersey a little over a year ago, so this has been our only place of residency thus far in Navada. We absolutely love it here and have no plans on moving out any time soon. It's calm, quiet, clean, and it's a well-maintained property. Location is near almost anything you would need and in walking distance is a plaza right across the street. making it super convenient for someone with no means of transportation. I absolutely LOVE the staff!!!!!! The office staff ladies are so sweet and helpful, and the maintenance team is awesome at what they do. The team over all does such an AMAZING job at getting work orders addressed and completed. I've had my share of apartment living experiences and by far this has been 1 of the best. I want to say thank you to all staff members for all their hard work and kindness. We truly appreciate you!!!!!!!

I did a tour of the two bedrooms. The property was well maintained, the staff was friendly and it was very quiet.

You will be sorry, we moved over a year or so ago, so happy. Keep in touch with our friends, they keep us informed. Daily problems, poor management, nothing works, breakins, not a safe place to live. I guess everyone is complaining and they do nothing about it. They do not care. Also they are saying many are leaving or planning to leave. We are so happy we left by the sounds of things. Scary. Good luck on your search, this is one you want to pass up.

I have lived here for several years and so have many of my neighbors. Usually Apt complexes have ppl moving in and out all the time but not at La Villa Estates. It's such a great place to live and without a high turnover we actually get to know our neighbors. It's so quiet too! I'm on the 1st floor and never hear the ppl above me!!! Idk how but none of my neighbors hear my rowdy kid or when my dog barks. It is nicely lit so I also feel safe. Definitely a place I love calling home!!!

Apparently 'luxury' here means 'noisey' and 'disruptive'. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place AT ALL COSTS! Maintenance has absolutely no courtesy and will begin banging around doing their 'work' as early as 6:30 a.m. These people are inconsiderate and rude. The property is a disaster.

I just got off the phone with Nancy. She is very passionate in what she does. I haven't met her F2F as of yet but she made me feel like I am at home already. I will be relocating to Vegas from Illinois to pursue my dream of becoming a Hotel manager. My living space is what shapes my performance at work.. I think I have found home here at La Villa Estates. After an exhausting search for just the right apartment. We found the perfect spot for us. The first person we met in the office was Jennifer she really sold us on the place and the community. Made us feel welcome and was very helpful. Laura did our final paperwork and she was just wonderful. The property manager Nancy was welcoming and sometimes even funny. Nice to see a sense of humor. Jonathan was the maintenance guy we met, I think he runs that department very helpful and what an amazing job he did in getting our apartment ready. We love it. Its our first night and it seems to be a quiet place. Haven't checked out the pool, sauna or gym yet but will in the coming days.

Although there are a few things that could use some improvement, (and what apartment complex could't), my wife and I have looked at many others and given our fixed social security income, we have found where we live to be the best. The staff has always been very accommodating to us.

La Villa Estates had everything I was looking for in an apartment. I was interested in the two bedroom apartments. I did my research online first, and after looking at 5 different locations, I chose to look at La Villa Apartments because they were spacious. The two bedroom at 1230 sq. feet fit the bill. Newly renovated with beautiful countertops (not tile)extending out to a bartop,plenty of cabinet space above and below the counter tops. New all stainless steel appliances. A French Door Refrigerator with a bottom freezer, Gas Stove, and Dishwasher. The dining area is large enough to fit a dining table that seats six. The living room is spacious as well, with a 6 ft. x 7 ft. entertainment cutout. Some units have gas fireplaces, some do not, depending on what you want. The living room sliding window leads to a 12 x 10 covered balcony with gas hookup and a storage closet off to the side. The master bedroom, well you couldn't ask for more. It easily accomodates a California King bedroom set with comfortable walking room, a walk in closet and a master bathroom with a full sized bathtub and seperate toilet room. There is an additional sliding window in the master bedroom for easy access to the balcony. The secondary bedroom located on the other side of the apartment fits a double or queen bedroom set and a walk in closet as well as a secondary bathroom with shower located off the hallway. Now if your looking for ammenities, try this on for size. By my measurements, a 32 ft. long heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi that seats eight comfortably. Located outside the pool are many barbecue units and a seating area with beautifle colored concrete picnic tables. A full workout center that is amazing with a indoor racquetball court, indoor dry sauna, and bathroom area with three stalls and long counter with 2 sinks. Landscaping is emmaculate, and runs throughout the complex as well as pathways which make for a beautiful serene walk. It just doesn't get any better. Last but not least....pets are welcome, with many disposery units located throught the complex.
