Rats, roaches, unqualified maintenance, shady practices. They will raise your rent at least $200-$300 every year without providing any upgrades or services. Takes forever to "fix" things. Leaks, holes, cracks, and bad insulation. Do not move here!! It is run down, they will evict you over a $1 balance and charge $80- $150 late fees over it. But if you ask them to fix basic living necessities, they will take 1 month to "address" it and another 1-2 months to fix it.

Do not rent here my apartment burned down and didn’t do anything and it all happen because of an electrical problem they couldn’t fix leaving 3 families without help

I moved in July 23rd always pay rent on time !! they never replaced the carpet from the previous resident who lived here for 4 years with dogs!! The foundation is poor it rained inside the apartment my bathtub is coming apart!! My disposal is awful & They have roaches & mice !! Management does not fix anything & I have been complaining for months they just blow me off the light outside doesn’t work so extremely dark at night!! This place is horrible!!

The staff here are really helpful Jesenia, she helped us answer all questions that we had.

These apartments have gotten better I leave here for 4 months now. The staff are very helpful. I have 2 pets and they love it here. The neighbors that leave around me are friendly.

This apartment complex have gotten better with new management. They fixed the gates and the people in the office are very helpful. They help me with signing my lease and they have been making improvements here in the apartments.

These apartments are the worst! The apartments are falling apart, there is gunshots and cops here on a daily basis. They are trying to Increase rent rates but the apartments are horrible and filled with roaches and rats! The city is also called often because management does not care. They are trying to charge tenants hundreds of dollars without proper paperwork. Honestly save yourself the headache and please do not move there!! And the current owners “la Serena” are also the wort company to ever own them!

Banyan's Palms are the best apartment's you can live I allready have been her for 4 month's and never had trouble the ladies up front are so nice and helpful come on the rent here

never go to those departments, it's the worst I've seen, the office people are the worst, the manager treated us in a very bad way, they never returned 200 dollars, beer and trash everywhere, never going to apply there.

ive lived in these apartments and they are literally the worst. extremly dirty and unsafe at night. do not take a chance with these apartments you *will* regret it.

Do NOT be fooled by that website. It is TOTALLY deceiving. Hands down the WORST complex I have EVER lived in. It is Horrible. They’re old, run down, moldy, it stinks, there’s cats everywhere, rats, bugs, etc. no dishwasher, no washer or dryer connection, the walls are terrible, terrible paint job in the unit. I haven’t even been here for a Week and I have had nothing but roaches since day one. 5 days in and I’ve killed nearly 20 roaches, and that’s just the ones I could find. There’s DEEP potholes through the ENTIRE complex. Say goodbye to your tires. Jess in the front office is the nicest woman ever. She doesn’t deserve to work at this place. I’m breaking my lease. I’ll pay whatever I need to. But this ain’t it. Never will be it. I’ve had to drive to my gym just to take a decent shower. DO NOT MOVE HERE I DONT CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE! By the way, I’m calling the health department tomorrow.

This is by far the worst complex ever. It’s infested with roaches and rats, gun shots doesn’t feel safe, clean or comfortable. The parking lots are terrible, pot holes everywhere busted my fiancé’s tire. The remodeling doesn’t help none of the flaws these structures need to be knocked completely down in order for this apartment to be suitable it’s just disgusting. The women in the office are sweet but the complex is not okay.

Worst apartments ever! Mold, roches, mice, gun shots at night, n broken transformers do not move here whatever u do save ur money. Or else will be spending more money on trying to figure out how to live like caveman did.
