DO NOT MOVE HERE! Now under new management and not for the best. 1. Towing at discretion of tow company 2. ROACH ROACH infestation (all floors) 3. Key entry system, always locks you out 4. Choose anywhere else
Kilby is average. If you work from home or rely on having WiFi 24/7 you will be disappointed. The WiFi & Cable service is awful and you can’t do anything about it. WiFi goes down at least once a week. No worries though, you’ll receive a regular email apologizing for these “rare” outages. I assume the office staff stays busy searching for new templates to email out for future outages…including the elevators, parking garage gates & doors. Dogs are allowed but don’t expect your neighbors to pick up their dogs ____ from the hallways. Instead expect another email with empty threats. On a positive note, it’s quiet and I’m grateful for that. Maintenance is good.
Horrible experience. We came here to tour the apartment and the lady said she will be back in 5 mins and she kept on ignoring us. Never going to stay here. They lost us as residents.
Don't live here if you plan on working from home the Internet sucks and is never reliable. I would rather pay for my own plan that actually works. Now I'm stuck with no compensation for the internet not working.
This place looks beautiful, but it's lipstick on a pig. They provide internet and I work from home. I had internet issues every single day I lived there, and fought them for an entire year about this, not to mention water leaking in from outside. I had water damage in my apartment 3 separate times and management did basically nothing. The noise level from tje neighbors was terrible, all day and into the night. I finally asked to break my lease because of the constant issues. They charged me almost $4k to break my lease. I tried contacting the property owners multiple times, and they never called or followed up with me.They are now coming back and saying I owe them another $2k for carpets, when it is normal wear and tear. I had cleaners come and do a full move out cleaning. Long story short, run.
Very beautiful place and Kilby team is so kind. I was excited to live here, but I found therer are many terrible neighbors after moving here. They don't pick up their pet. They left it around the apartment or even in our common area. I saw it on the hallway on the other day. Even though Kilby don't allow using pool area after 10pm, you can often see people have a pool party late at night which is super noisy. My neighbor talks very loudly at 1am almost everyday. I don't recommend living here if you are a decent person who follow the rules normally.
Kilby has a built in complex wide network with ISP, Single Digits (a company with all 1 star reviews). You are locked in to using this ISP. Have not had any quality internet in weeks even with an Ethernet cable connection. I work from home and am having to leave before my lease is up due to the internet. There are other issues, too, vandalism, car break ins, garage gate has been broken most of the six months I’ve lived here. No replies from upper management regarding when the internet will be working again. Over all I just cannot recommend this place and regret moving here.
Kilby is a wonderful apartment community in a great location. The units are clean and well appointed and the facility has great amenities. Love living Kilby!

There's no place like Kilby! Location, ammentities, finishes, and personable leasing staff made it the ideal place for me to live in Frisco. After touring multiple communities, it was an easy decision to move here.
As a young family moving to the area from out of state we would definitely recommend Kilby. Friendly residents, modern upscale units, and great amenities. If you are looking to live in Frisco Square it's a wonderful option.
The Kilby is a beautiful building in an ideal location. Its been a great place to call home.
Customer service experience is foremost on the top of my list when patronizing any establishment. My brother and I have only been here for a couple of months but we have had a great experience, the atmosphere and office staff is amazing! They always speak and attentive to anyone in the lobby - even if you're just there chillaxin'. I don't feel like just a resident but a part of a community. They always have some monthly contests, resident appreciation events, or food catered to the community. It's a great feeling to feel welcomed and know we are appreciated I love the location: there is access to the movie theatre, the library, live music, shopping, dining, and sports. Kilby is a great place to live and work!!

Leasing staffs are amazing and always helpful.Apps in the phone let me experience convenient life. There are enjoyable event every week and free coffee is delicious. Spacious lobby which has lots of chairs is good for work during pandemic.I am looking forward to swimming in the beautiful pool and running in the spacious gym.After moving to Killy I could use internet soon.Easy acces parking, Picking up trash system,there are more than expected.

A Spirit of Excellence is what you will receive from Kilby:-) The entire leasing office as well as the Maintenance staff, are just outstanding!!! Living here is like an oceanview resort:) It is always a Clean, professional, and refreshing atmosphere, with fresh Starbucks coffee and tea available every day. The gym is just Amazing! The residences are very professional as well, very courteous, and kind. I have met several residents who I totally enjoy seeing and talking to. As a resident of Kilby, I have no need to venture the surrounding hot spots because the lounge area in the office is always open and pretty much has all need for a good time! A Cold beer, great conversations, and several TVs! Its a Blessing to live here:-) Thanks guys for the awesome memories:-)

The complex is brand new and offers great amenities. The Kilby community is awesome and provides plenty of activities to particapte. There are group events where you can meet other tenants or individual activities where they stop by your door to brighten your day. Ray was very helpful in every aspect from leasing to move-in. He is always in a great mood and has provided me with information about the local area. Hayley is very professional and has answered any questions Ive had while in the leasing office. Great staff, great community and I would highly recommend Kilby!
