Property Ratings at James Patrick
This is a nice, cozy apartment - there is not much WOW factor but it is a plain jane apartment that does it's job. The apartment is in good shape with recently new hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom. We were a little worried with the small square footage but once you move everything in it actually felt bigger. We get creative with storage as there is not much outside of one small closet. There is a storage area in the laundry room downstairs that is helpful. The washer and dryer are not very good and it is common to have to re-run the dryer as the clothes are still damp. The location is phenomenal though. It is awesome being a few blocks from Wash Park and also from all the bars and restaurants on South Broadway. The Ogden Sports Bar is right across the street and is a fun dive/karaoke bar. All in all, we enjoyed our time here and if location your most important deciding factor, this is definitely worth a look.
