We’ve created spacious units with efficiency and ease in mind. There are washer and dryers in most apartments, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, and thoughtful details to make your space feel like a home. We may be a little biased, but we think we’re located on one of the best blocks in town. Yes, we have a secure package room, bike room, and a stellar south-facing rooftop deck with barbeque grill (Mt. Rainier views anyone?)...but we also have incredible downstairs neighbors. We have bakery treats from Temple Pastries and Broadcast Coffee is now roasting right in the building plus Reckless Noodles and Woodshop BBQ across the street and Standard Brewery right next door. What could be better than that?

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
