Property Ratings at Incline 45
This place is so poorly maintained and no matter how much you complain to the office, nothing happens. Save tour time and your money. DO NOT MOVE HERE it's freaking disgusting ??
The staff is Only helpful when your buying into a new (and expensive) Lease. That's IF they actually answer your call. We have had multiple packages stolen from the "secure" mail room. I moved in around March 2021, experienced issues with the A/C, water and Heat. I'm currently on week 3 with NO Heat. Pool said it was heated for year round use, yet there's been a cover on it since September. Parking? A nightmare after 3pm, forcing you into a carport for $50/ month or garage $100/month. This place is a JOKE! 1/10 Do NOT Recommend, save yourself the headache and money.
