Property Ratings at Imperial Crown Manor Apartments
The property and building is littered with trash. It doesn't get taken care of. Urine, garbage and graffiti throughout the building and will sit there for weeks on end. The manager doesn't even do the bare minimum. It's supposed to be a non smoking building but residents smoke inside any ways. They don't actually address problems, broken appliances, bug problems, not even if residents trying to pick fights with other residents or homeless people camping out on the property.
The location of the apartment is in a great place. You have both Fred Myers and QFC down the road. It is right next to a Dicks so, if you are ever craving the late night munchies, it's a 3 minute walk. Bus lines are less then a minute away. The apartments are about 20 minutes away from downtown and about 20 minutes to Northgate Mall. The room sizes are decent and livable sizes. Most tenants here are friendly. You do have to pay (included in rent) for parking around the building but there is free parking right across the streets of the apartment. Just like any other apartments, the walls are not sound proof. You can hear people walking upstairs or if someone is talking in the hallway.
