The Imperial Arms Apartments building is a beautiful early 1900's brick building, located in the beautiful and convenient Goose Hollow neighborhood. Easy access to mass transit, major highways, and all that Goose Hollow, Downtown, Nob Hill, and The Pearl have to offer. City-zoned parking permits are available to residents, and parking near the building is typically easy to find. Our apartments feature some or all of the following: hardwood floors, terrazzo tile, claw-foot tubs, high ceilings, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, private balconies, wonderful city views. For the enjoyment of our residents, the property is smoke-free. One year lease required. $60 screening fee per adult. Rent at the Imperial Arms includes free heat, water, sewer, and garbage.
