Grounds around the community poorly maintained and constantly littered with sticks and branches. Any easy fix but it never happens. Appliances and fixtures are of poor quality and perform accordingly. Low end ceiling fan makes a lot of noise. I'm on my second washer, and even a new washer is a big disappointment - comparable to Walmart clearance! As I've said before, everything is low end except the rent.

Been here for over a year now. Very walkable area, mainly quiet but the gym stopped being 24hrs for a while so that sucked but it’s working now maintenance is good (when they come).

Everything is low end except the price. Terrible noise, poor grounds maintenance. 3-level townhouse with only bathrooms on 3rd level. HVAC system awful - lower level cannot be used during cold weather, and top floor uncomfortable in hot weather. Absolutely no value for $.

Incredibly noisy because of proximity to Frederick Road. Grounds are poorly maintained. Everything in townhouses is low end - HVAC, appliances, layout, etc. - yet the price is high end :(.

There has been good service from Huntington staff. Townhouse is in good condition and is clean. Maintenance issues have been addressed very promptly.

This is the first place i have ever really enjoyed living. Its quiet here and the neighbor's are nice. Some do not know how to use a dumpster or recycling bins, but i am working on looking past that for 2025. The staff here are also nice and issues are always resolved quickly.

It’s been noisy lately. Also I wish the office was open 24 hours a day just like the gym. Or using the sitting area as a party room will be nice. Those are the changes that can make the experience better.

My bathroom tub constantly has mold and mildew coming from the faucet in the master bathroom tub and it never got fixed and your maintenance crew needs to actually address work orders that are placed. They come in and deny everything and this is a health hazard. Whoever poorly designed these duplex townhouses was crazy because the bathrooms are the size of closets with poor fan circulation and it causes moisture and mold issues. Unsafe, unhealthy and below standard

King Farm community is really peaceful, everything is convenient on walkable distance plus if you have kids they have Kumon and karate classes nearby which is very convenient for parents as well. Community has natural gas which I love most of everything and pool and good amenities

The leasing team at Huntington King Farm made my move in easy. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and got the apartment I wanted. Mr. Barnes was awesome! The apartment was clean and beautiful upon move in. The apartments are also in a great location close to major roads and in a great part of Rockville/Gaithersburg.

Clean community. Easy access to the metro and nearby shops. Responsive maintenance. Special shoutout to Todd and Mohammad! Great amenities. But depending on your neighbors and your location it can be very noisy. As with a lot of newer buildings noise will bleed through the walls and ceilings. Waste management and landscaping can start early in the morning, and it's just loudness. Not ideal if you work from home, recovering from an illness or just want to enjoy your peace. I would stick to tours on the weekends or at a time when you think your neighbors might be home. Had I heard my future neighbors during my tour I might've chosen a different unit.

I sold my home two years ago and the first place i visited was King Farm. When i stepped out of the car I knew this was my new home. I entered the office and said I am coming to live. I never looked at an apartment. One of best decisions. Very happy here.
