The neighborhood, office personnel, and maintenance workers are all great. The staff is very professional and courteous. The only thing I can say is a negative is there could be some updates made, but I'm very happy and love the neighborhood.

very disappointed with current management. details are overlooked. we were promised new pool furniture; the chairs arrived but only 2 umbrellas were ordered for a 22m pool. management decided to use old umbrellas instead of purchasing new ones. in the past we have had 7 umbrellas including one for the lifeguard; this summer 3. the inside buildings need to be cleaned more regularly. never see management outside the office

The community, as a whole, is nice but the neighbors not so much. The cars are loud, they do not pick up after their pets, the bushes are overgrown and the rental office never picks up the phone.

The staff and management are very friendly, and great with an open door policy. Communication could be better to be on the same page as far as rental opportunities, and unit amenities to actually let the residents know what to expect. Also, move in check list, need to be addressed for residents regardless of any housing situation.

Grounds around the community poorly maintained and constantly littered with sticks and branches. Any easy fix but it never happens. Appliances and fixtures are of poor quality and perform accordingly. Low end ceiling fan makes a lot of noise. I'm on my second washer, and even a new washer is a big disappointment - comparable to Walmart clearance! As I've said before, everything is low end except the rent.

Been here for over a year now. Very walkable area, mainly quiet but the gym stopped being 24hrs for a while so that sucked but it’s working now maintenance is good (when they come).

Everything is low end except the price. Terrible noise, poor grounds maintenance. 3-level townhouse with only bathrooms on 3rd level. HVAC system awful - lower level cannot be used during cold weather, and top floor uncomfortable in hot weather. Absolutely no value for $.

Incredibly noisy because of proximity to Frederick Road. Grounds are poorly maintained. Everything in townhouses is low end - HVAC, appliances, layout, etc. - yet the price is high end :(.

This is the first place i have ever really enjoyed living. Its quiet here and the neighbor's are nice. Some do not know how to use a dumpster or recycling bins, but i am working on looking past that for 2025. The staff here are also nice and issues are always resolved quickly.

Pretty quiet. We did have some problems with mice however, as did the tenants before us. Management was not much help. Maintenance is quick and efficient though!

The most seamless experience I have ever had. I love it here! The staff is amazing and the amenities are outstanding. The leasing staff were very helpful and friendly. Not to mention very knowledgeable when I had questions.

It’s been noisy lately. Also I wish the office was open 24 hours a day just like the gym. Or using the sitting area as a party room will be nice. Those are the changes that can make the experience better.

They do not clean the unit between tenants, walls are paper thin and neighbors have no respect for quiet hours or common decency.

My bathroom tub constantly has mold and mildew coming from the faucet in the master bathroom tub and it never got fixed and your maintenance crew needs to actually address work orders that are placed. They come in and deny everything and this is a health hazard. Whoever poorly designed these duplex townhouses was crazy because the bathrooms are the size of closets with poor fan circulation and it causes moisture and mold issues. Unsafe, unhealthy and below standard

Very noisy, grounds poorly maintained, poor quality appliances, no powder room on main level of townhouse. Poor value for such high and rapidly increasing rent.

Very modern and nice apartments for a great price. The amenities are cool and the area is quiet. I just moved in so aim still getting to know the place but so far I love it.
