Property Ratings at Hunter's Chase Apartments
The property management team has changed at least 3x in the 5 years we’ve been here. It claims to be a smoke free community but the smell of weed will greet you in the parking lot. It’s clear that decisions are not made with the customer in mind. Don’t waste your time or money with the place. Counting down the days until we’re out.
We chose Hunters Chase because of its excellent location. We can walk to Target, Kroger’s, Office Depot, Numerous restaurants and othe shopping locations. When we call about maintenance issues they are there quickly. At present the buildings are being updated with new siding and windows. The many trees on the property make it very attractive
They are trying to renavate the buildings but has been an inconvienance to the tenants .They want access to your apartment more than I ever had a landlord ask, wish someone told me can't wait to leave
