I love these apartments. Big spacious floor plans! HUGE PATIOS!!! So quiet and nice I love it
Hollister place apartments is a pretty calm property with very friendly neighbors
I like living here. My apartment location is perfect. However, at this time I would not be able to recommend these apartment because I have a Roaches. The complex has tried several things, but are unable to get rid off the pest. The management team is awesome. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I have severe foundation cracks that have not been addressed.
The staff is very accommodating and professional; great location.
New management a lot of changes with more cost. But the building has deteriorated. Smell like weed in the hallway, bathroom. I have lived more than 2 yrs and for the first time since December I see roaches everywhere. Open services to fumigate but nothing works. Kids running parking lot with no supervision.
So far I have been here a year. It has not been without issues but for the most part it's reconciled. The maintenance guys are great. They try but sometimes I feel like things could be done better. The ladies in the office are sweet. I treat them with respect and likewise. During this Covid-19 they have been very informative. Sometimes the trash does overflow in the back and less parking is available around 7pm. Overall I recommend living here. They keep it clean as possible. The rent is reasonable. My neighbors are great. Im happy. Nothing is perfect.
I moved Here in 2000, Then my Job moved me to Dallas, when I moved back to Houston, I looked everywhere but came back here in 2011.
Ask any resident what the worst part of Hollister Place is and they’ll answer: the parking. And management refuses to improve the parking. In fact, they made it worse! They recently removed all the curb side parking, which takes away around 30 parking spots. Now there is there literally not enough parking spots for all the residents.
Despite all these reviews I decided to judge for myself I love the area and let me say these are by far the best in this area. A big thank you to the Manager Connie for extending her help to see us through to get this apartment. I don't know what went wrong with the leasing but she stayed there till she accommodated us into our wonderful apartment I love the upgrades they are awesome thank you Connie.:)
BURGLARY BURGLARY BURGLARY A burglary took place in the apartment I just moved into, at the same day I moved in, I guess people are watching you here, manager doesn't work with you at all
Compared to my last Apts it's an upgrade my car is safe in the garage the neighbors are courteous and 95% of the time the gate is closed meaning it's not broken and it never goes days with it being fixed, they have tow trucks coming around takeing cars who shouldn't be parked where residents are allowed overall I feel very comfortable and safe here.
The complex is close to major interstates and highways (I should know, I travel to several clients in the area for work and my commute has been much easier since moving here). Also, it is very close to several METRO transit lines as alternative transportation. Conveniently located near grocery, clothing, electronic, and office supply stores as well as several restaurants. Leasing staff and neighbors are friendly and look out for you. The grounds are maintained as well as the pool and fitness center. Great place to live!
Thing not repaired since move-in. We've had a auto vandalized. And pest problems.
My last apartment was my first and I hated them with a passion once I moved here I LOVED it apt is better staff is better community is better over its much better then my last and reasonable rent finally I sleep peacefully at night!
