If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here has been an ongoing series of frustrating, unresolved issues and complete lack of communication from management. In the past few weeks alone: I’ve had multiple ceiling leaks in my bathroom. The “repairs” were slow and sloppy, and the ceiling is still leaking. Contractors left paint stains all over my floor, and no one offered to clean it up or follow up. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting updates and even asked for compensation due to the repeated disruptions—and I’ve been completely ignored. I was told in person that “it’s normal” for water to leak through my ceiling—an absolutely unacceptable and unsafe response. Most recently, power has been out in my building for over 18 hours, with no notice, update, or support from management. The energy company keeps pushing the repair time, and the office has remained silent despite residents being left in dangerous heat. This complex has shown time and again that they do not care about residents’ well-being, safety, or quality of life. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic communication is shocking. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend living here.

I’ve been here 5 years. Almost 6 years now. At LEAST once a month, but more like once a week, my entire buildings hot water goes out. And for some reason THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING WHO CALL THEM ARE ME AND MY NEIGHBOR. Does nobody else shower daily?! Or wash their dishes?! Regardless, it happens a LOT and takes usually a day or so for them to figure out the issue. Right now it’s 40 degrees outside so cold showers are a no go. I always have to go find a vacant apartment to shower in. Yea, a vacant apartment. Sad, isn’t it? But that’s how it is here at the heights at 2121! Enjoy your stay!

I would highly suggest *not* considering this complex for your next apartment. The German Cockroach infestations throughout the complex need to be addressed by the health inspector. I have been eating in my car for 7 months, had no access to clean water because the roaches love water and crawl on the faucets, the get inside the fridge even. My dog is not able to have water out or enjoy a treat and I feel like a horrible human. Management is aware of all of this. One of the managers saw me eating in my car one morning. I have sent emails letting them know that disease infested cockroaches crawling across my work space is unacceptable, only to be constantly ignored. The worst is when you reach upper management and think that they might actually treat you like a human and uphold their end of what was promised in the lease contact, they do exactly the opposite. The junior regional manager said, "of course you can transfer apartments, you just have to pay the 85% of one month's fee and give 60 days notice". I'm sorry... what? Yes, they want me to pay them to get out of an apartment that the CDC deems uninhabitable. When I sent certified letters, they offered to let me out of my lease if I signed something saying that I would never report them to any government agency, would never sue them and would drop all my claims, and would never post on social media. And there is no way in good conscience I could even consider signing that letter without helping out the next person that hopefully reads this review before coming to this joke of a home. I have dozens of pictures and videos. They found a massive infestation in the bldg after I BEGGED them to search, and said case closed. But these continue to breed and they will continue to live in these walls until someone takes this seriously, but I can't imagine that ever happening.
This has been the worst management company experience in the 9 years I’ve lived here. I don’t know the last time I was able to get through to the office on the phone, nor does anyone reply to emails. The only way I can get a response is by leaving a review online or sitting in the office until someone is available, if the office is open. I left a message before Christmas with the answering service about pest control, then followed up by submitting a work order online, still no response.

Work orders take forever to get completed. My floors were warped and was told they would get repaired. Didnt realize it would be a year later. Submitted a work order for a leaking ceiling, its been 2 weeks and the problem has yet to be resolved. Front office people do not communicate with their staff and havent been answering the phone for MONTHS. Emergency hotline people are incredibly rude. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
