The use of third party apps to secure internet, utilities, insurance, etc. is actually convenient. Also, responses from the main office (aka Vianey B) are prompt and informative.

Very clean, luxurious, great neighbors, great atmosphere, and amazing staff! The ladies at the front are welcoming and warm every single day. And the staff that maintain the establishment, hardly see or realize any issues with the place at all.

Love coming here and calling this place home! Just walking into my room and seeing that beautiful skyline, amazing layout, fresh and clean feel makes it all worth it in the end of the day.

I love living at Haus Memorial it’s been 2 great years here and the location is perfect. The new management team is excellent they go above and beyond for their residents thank you Andrea and Emily for your amazing customer service and communication with us they make a huge difference at the property!

Everyone is super friendly and I love the staff here. Amenities are great as well as they offer study rooms, game rooms, gym, and pool. The apartment is really clean and I love to get coffee in the lobby and chat a bit w the staff here.

Really enjoying living here. The apartments comfy, MOST of the neighbors are nice (except for a few Karen’s) & everything’s pretty well taken care of. Maintenance is quick when needed, and the location works great for me. Close to bars and freeway! The girls in the front are friendly and easy to talk to. It’s been an easy and pleasant place to call home!

The staff at Haus Memorial was so welcoming. from the moment we toured the complex to moving in. Communicating via email they all responded right away. Was out of town and needed help before we actually moved in to let movers and cleaning people in. Great customer service. Would highly recommend anyone to live at Haus Memorial in the Heights.

The maintenance of the the building is getting better. The elevators still malfunction but the turnaround time for repair is much quicker now. Thant's an improvement.

Absolutely love the amenities and the neighbors here. Modern looking apartments at an affordable rate. Staff are very friendly. Memorial park is just a 9 minute walk from here which is so nice. I’m loving it so far.

Amazing community, elevators are down more than I’d like and now the garage exit is down (technically up) but other than that no complaints. Maintenance is fast, pool is cleaned regularly, home is quiet even with a poolside patio and neighbors are great 4.8 stars.

Great small community with awesome maintenance and staff service. Only downside is that either garage gates or the elevators are not functional every couple of weeks.

Neighborhood is great. Close to a lot of cool places and also close to Memorial Park. The office and maintenance team have been gems! Love where I live!

I’ve been here for two months and I feel very comfortable, calm, and safe. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I would like the gym to be better equipped so that during the busiest hours there are no delays in the routine. The management team is friendly and respectful, as is the maintenance staff.

Living at HAUS has been a wonderful experience. Most people are super friendly and kind. The location is amazing (Close to Memorial Park and many restaurant in Washington St.) Also close to freeways. Lets not forget the amenities that are kept neatly clean and organized ;) Recommended.

Everyone is very responsive to any issues and the staff is very kind. We were accidentally parking in reserved spots and they were very nice about it all. The elevators have been going out recently which can be tough if you are on a higher level but management communicates very well and usually it is always taken care of.

I toured this property in August 30, 2024, I decided not to go with them and to the date of this review they have not refunded my deposit. They told me it would be thirty days to receive the refund. It is now November 12,2024. Do not rent from them, I am glad I did not go with this property.

My living experience here has met or exceeded my expectations so far! I enjoy the helpful staff and concierge. It’s a quiet little piece of luxury living in the heart of the city.

I have lived at Alta Washington almost 3 years now. Granted I don’t have a ton of rental experience to compare Alta Washington to, but I’ve read enough reviews of apartments to know that Alta Washington management and maintenance are top notch. The building is safe, has a lessor number of units which I like and is super convenient to everything. I also love the finishes in my apartment. I would recommend Alta Washington to anyone wanting a nicely appointed, safe, and relatively quiet apartment that is convenient to everything and not outrageously expensive.

Alta exceeds the value for the price paid. It is very secure, very clean and excellent amenities. Staff goes above and beyond expectations.

I love this community best decision I ever made feels like home.

The property overall was a great community, clean quiet Mauricio was awesome and he is the reason I’ll be joining the Alta Washington community as my next apartment

I am a month in and I enjoy this property I’m located by the pool and I’m able to still get rest despite the noise. Overall I love this property and will be here for a while.

I love the living space, amenities, and staff. However, I have constantly dealt with crime such as theft of my packages and my truck being stolen out of the gated parking garage. 24/7 security is the only solution.

ANYONE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. ONLY MOVE HERE IF LAST RESORT - TRUST ME. I would like to preface this by stating that I have never written a review on anything IN MY LIFE. I was driven to this by my experience here which warrants to serve as a warning to anyone fooled by the FAKE 5 star Google reviews they may read. Everyone here is trying to move OUT or break their lease. There is an endless amount of negative things I could write but I would be writing a novel if I tried to do that. I’ll hit with the big ones that will affect your day to day life here. Oh did I also mention that 5 cars were put on CINDER BLOCKS (like you see in movies post apocalypse) and all the tires were just stolen and robbed in MAY? Wish I was exaggerating. 1: They HAVE: : ONLY 2 TINY ELEVATORS BUILT FOR THE 8,000 UNITS THEY CRAMMED INTO THIS MONSTROSITY OF A BUILDING COMPLEX. They DO NOT HAVE A FREIGHT ELEVATOR. The 2 tiny STENCH RIDDEN / DOG URINE EVERYDAY elevators BREAK ALL THE TIME. I am talking every other week. 2: On top of the Elevators being BROKEN 70% OF THE TIME when they do work they are THE SLOWEST ELEVATORS EVER CREATED. It’s almost comically slow. Also you will have to deal with packed elevators of people moving out with all their furniture.The elevators are also 900 degrees as they are bottom of the barrel cheap hunks of metal. 3: The POWER IN THE BUILDING WILL RANDOMLY GO OFF. THIS IS REALLY FUN IF YOU WORK FROM HOME! If you have a medical condition where you need a device that is always on please proceed with caution. 4: The GARAGE GATE - which is of the cheapest quality and always broken. Many weeks it will just be wide open giving access to anyone who walks by to simply walk into the property. 5: No Key Fobs here. They use the "Latch" app.Sounds cool, moderna and futurtics right?? WRONG!! This app will not work and is very glitchy 75% of the time. 6: CHEAP CRAZY LOUD APPLIANCES. If you want to have the ambience of a jet engine in your kitchen when you run your dishwasher or washing/drying machine then this is the place for you. 7: No lie - just drive by and look - you see those massive cranes? They have been working on everyones windows for about 5 months now. 8: LETS REVIST THE ELEVATORS - 3 PEOPLE WERE STUCK FOR HOURS ONE SUNDAY NIGHT. Firefighters were called in. What an amazing way to wind down from your weekend as you prepare for a long week of work right?

The amenities are excellent and I love the location :) The office staff is always happy to help anytime I stop by.

The staff is amazing. The community is well kept ! I love this community pretty much central to everything you need in the city.

Would NOT recommend staying here unless you have the time and energy to deal with delayed repairs, poor communication, and inadequate timely compensation for any problems on behalf of the Alta apartment complex or Wood Residential company. And moldy walls. In August, there was apparently a leak in my water heater that caused extensive damage to the unit below me and the unit below that one. Alta hired outside contractors to begin repairs. For the first week, I lived and slept with this loud noise in my unit from the fans drying out the space. Alta bought me noise cancelling headphones to help make the space livable (just imagine sleeping with that on.) When I asked the technician how long the repairs should take, he said my unit had the least amount of damage so it should take a maximum of 2 weeks. They needed to cut my water off so I couldn’t stay there. Well it took 4 weeks and 1 day from then for me to get back into my apartment. The repairs to my unit itself took perhaps a week but the company wanted to be “cost efficient” and do all the repairs at one time instead of fixing my unit (the least damaged one) first so I could be back in there in a timely manner. For the first 2 weeks of this, I was staying at a friend’s because I kept getting told “the repairs should be done soon.” For the last 2 weeks of this, I stayed at a hotel that Alta at least agreed to pay for. The rest of the compensation for my time, great inconvenience, and mental toll included one month of free rent….. when I was already not staying there AND I still had to pay my utility and internet bills for that month???? Fast forward to November now, and I finally JUST got the reimbursement check for my hotels… which is OVER A $1,000 SHORT! And to top it off, there’s evidence of a water leak in the same area now. I’ve notified the front office about it nearly two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard about when they’re going to fix it. Meanwhile, the water damage and MOLD gets worse and worse. Seriously, I can’t believe this is what I get for how much I pay for rent. Take your money elsewhere and don’t stay here!!

When I initially moved in, they did not pick my trash up for a whole month in order to work out logistics for pick up despite the fact I pay for ‘Valet Trash Pick Up’ Now that they have ‘figured’ it out pick up in inconsistent to say the least. We have scheduled time to put out trash and they still do not pick it up. A breeding ground for pest and rodents.

The office staff at Alta Washington are pretty amazing. The apartments are brand new and have really cool technology packages that you can choose for your apartment. The pool area is SO NICE!
