This provides a no hassle situation avoiding the problem with a roommate who doesn’t meet their rent obligation. These floor plans are incredibly comfortable for three to four people. All apartments are fully furnished and recently renovated with granite counter tops, laminate flooring, 50” 4K Smart TV's and so much more. In addition to new appliances, all apartments come with Apple TV and fiber-optic bandwidth so that all of your streaming needs are met. To help make things easier, students make rent payments and maintenance requests online. Rental payments can be made by both credit and debit cards.
