DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have been here only 3 months and truly regret it! I assumed moving close to the strip and they looked good online this would be a great move I was wrong. As soon as I walked in from getting my key I got a call about exterminator coming due to roaches. You should say this before someone moves in. I’ve never lived with them in my life. You see them ever single day makes you not want to cook. You put in a work order for it they just close it out… the swat has been here due to poor security. Now the water has been off going on 48hrs at 7pm today!! They are barely even updating us. Management is very poor very. They have no concern for their residents.. why have we not been given an update about water being off? The floors come up the tub paint came off within a week. The cabinets had roaches at the top and very disgusting inside. They just put wall paper over the cabinet doors. THIS COMMUNITY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN UPDATE SO AFTER POSTING THEY SEND AN ENAIL TO TELL US IT WILL BE OFF UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY SMH 2 days no water I’ve spent $40 on water gallons alone It’s now 6:44pm still NO WATER 11/9/25 since 8pm 11/7/25 they have a huge roach problem so now dishes have been left unwashed with food on them imagine how much worse it is about to get. Truly inhumane what you guys are doing to us
One of the WORST MANAGEMENT & APARTMENT COMPLEX in LAS VEGAS! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Their pipes bursted from the 2nd floor and damaged our property and made our home unstable to live. When issue was brought to management all they said is “things happen”. When asked to move to a different unit or if we can break the lease they said “no it’s still stable to live there. HORRIBLE !
They have vacant units full of trash due to their dirtyness you have rats in your unit .. leasing personnel are rude as hell, and have 0 customer service. They treat the tenants awful do not rent from this grimy landlord
Not only am I over charged for a studio I was told I was going to get a renovated apartment which didn’t happen which I payed for I have been neglected by maintenance and management for months and I cannot wait to leave this apartment next month when my lease is over.
This is a money pit for the owners. They are trying to get every penny at the expense of their tenants. They advertise a 24/7 fitness center and yoga studio on their website.IT DOES NOT EXIST. If you want to get mail here, the mail hours are from 1-3PM Monday through Friday. There are a lot of prostitutes that frequent the property along with homeless people in vacant apartments living rent free. Not safe here, security is a joke!!!

The bandwith on the internet is ridiculous. It NEVER works and when you complain they say they will put you on a list and then you never hear from them again. This place truly doesnt gove a crap about its tenants and they are bold face liars for saying they have wifi they do NOT have functional internet so if you need it for your job dont be fooled they wont fix it and it never works.

Well I pre paid a month of the internet and in just over two weeks I have had service for three whole days. Every day to go to the office to ask about it getting fixed and no one there seems to care, save your money and skip this place.
I moved myself (from the UK) into this location after having only seen the photos on the website and honestly, the photos do not to it justice. While this is not the Ritz, the apts are furnished, clean, and well maintained. Had an issue with the shower head, put in the work order, and the next day maintenance came around, checked it out and then replaced the head. Easy peasy. The front desk staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area (remember, I'm not from around these parts). I'd recommend this apt complex to anyone coming to the area -- it's location is quite good (a mile from the strip, right next door to the Hard Rock, within walking distance to plenty of things, and near to several bus routes). I couldn't have asked for anything better. Good location, good price. side note, the wifi is a bit sketchy as there are almost 1,000 people trying to use it -- get your own separate internet point if you need to log in for anything.
Harbor Island is a wonderful place to live. The staff is so polite & helpful as well. Besides the amenities such as a fitness center & pool you also have the luxury of a beautiful view of downtown Vegas when you step out your door. The convenience of everything is wonderful & the pricing is very reasonable. I live so close to my job I can walk. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a good place to live.
This apartment is cheep and required zero down and same day move in the property is safe it has 24 armed security.. Overall this is some where go live on limited income.
A great deal for the price in a very clean unit for anyone needing a place for a week or so. Nice suite AND nice 1 bedroom (I stayed in both on separate occasions). Televisions are VERY old-but cable is INCLUDED so I just connected my own flat screen very easily. Will definitely recommend to others & stay myself again if needed!
I love that there in Las Vegas to begin with. The pool and the beautiful trees are great. There worthwhile.
