Very poor , office never answers . Doors and elevators always broken & the front office never has anything together - a hot mess. Would not recommend
Great love the surrounding area. Close to downtown and the amenities upstairs are great. There is a lot of stuff to do. Only draw back is some of the residents
Lourdes is the best. She absolutely amazing at her job and she deserves all the blessing that comes her way . Thanks for everything. She was fast and efficient, she’s a hard worker and I greatly appreciate her diligence.
Everything is how I expected it! Staff is great! Community is awesome! I just love it here at hardy yards. 10/10 I definitely would recommend any and everybody to move here
They listen to my concerns and continue to try and improve the community. Community is overall pretty clean as well, maintenance and staff is very friendly.
I love that me neighbors became my friends. Great to meet at the pool or in the penthouse. I just wish people that don't live there don't take o er the whole pool.
I have to say It's been good so far. The only thing would be that sometimes there's some noise at the pool. But other than that is a good community.
For the most part, I still enjoy living at Hardy Yards, but I gave it 3 stars because they do NOT enforce the rules. This is supposed to be a NON-SMOKING community (inside and outside), yet people smoke cigarettes and Marijuana. I even provided a picture of someone smoking outside, and nothing was done. Also, some of the residents are very inconsiderate.

I’ve been a resident here for nearly four years, and unfortunately, I’ve observed a steady decline in the overall upkeep and management of the property. Management requests are often met with delays and typically require multiple follow-ups before any action is taken. The stairwells have had a persistent odor of urine for several months, with no apparent resolution. Additionally, one of the elevators in the parking garage has been out of service for over a year, which has been a significant inconvenience.
Probably wouldn't refer anyone here . The Rodents, the amenities either being worn out or out of commission is another for the rent price. And the parking is also terrible as well as the communication about leasing and everything else is terrible.

My apartment is nice and maintenance is prompt however I do wish my apartment came with a storage closet on the balcony or something for my extra things.

I love the fact that my neighbors have became my friends. The only bad thing is limited parking on the street and even in the parking garage you might not find parking available on your level and two of the three doors do not have a handle on it and cannot get in one Of the boxes seem to be broken and the other box in the middle when you call yourself, it does not open the door. The signal light stays red and does not turn green like it used to.
Leasing office staff very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Cleaning it’s way better than before. The only complaint I have now it’s that amenities hasn’t been fix over than a year now. It’s one of the good things that has this building but unfortunately it’s closed.
Moving into my new apartment has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew it was the perfect place for me. It’s not just about having a new space—it’s about the convenience, the atmosphere, and the way it fits into my lifestyle

My experience was moderate. Maintenance crew is nice and friendly. Convenient location. They will have food trucks often out front, which is nice . The entry doors hardly ever work though. Can’t use the call box to get in either. Gym is dirty most times and the sky lounge has been out of commission for a long time. Overall my experience still wasn’t terrible, just a few drawbacks.
It was a smooth move and easy to get around. the area could be a little better and kept up but albany, the leasing agent is great and helpful

I love Hardy yards it’s awesome I recommend moving here apartments are a little small but you can dig it. Garage has its ups and downs but you’ll be ok

Roof access not being available is such a disappointment. Why not open the inside area so we can at least have some space to use amenities like pool table and the areas with couch? We pay a lot to live here and the roof has been closed for a year in May and it’s already almost February.

It’s honestly a really great place to live, my only concerns are really about the incident that happened in September last year in the garage—not much was communicated about that, though I understand as an apartment complex you wouldn’t necessarily want that news spreading. As a resident, however, it would have been good to know the circumstances surrounding the incident and if we were safe living here. My only other qualm is just how dirty and gross the trash piling up outside of the doors leading into the hallways from the garage is. Not very pleasant coming home to that. Other than that I’ve really enjoyed my experience here! :)

Great property. Staff is amazing and quick to respond. Lived here for two years w/o any major issues. Also maintence team is avalible most hours, and the emergency line works.

The area itself is the perfect location, I'm able to walk into the city for coffee, dinner, or just for the fun of it. The apartment itself is amazing the staff and maintenance team very effective and kind. The most of my neighbors I've encountered very king and friendly. The only reason I didn't not give a full 5 stars is because of the other tenants think its okay to damage the property, in which it is not fair to anyone, I generally wish otheres would treat the community as nicely as they do their homes

I’ve been living at Hardy Hards Apartments for almost four years, and unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The entry doors are constantly broken, compromising security and convenience. The resident lounge has been out of service for over four months with no updates on when it will be usable again. The hallways, stairs, and garage are rarely cleaned or maintained, which is disappointing for the price we pay here and yearly rent increase. Additionally, crime rates appear to be rising, and management doesn’t seem to take it seriously or provide any reassurance to residents. I wish I could recommend this complex, but without more attention to upkeep and resident safety, it’s hard to justify staying here.
I love the community, but but some of the amenities are poor as well as the maintenance of the doors to be able to get into our own home. It’s just such and inconvenience.
Location very Neutral, Can access many things within a Reasonable driving distance. Chelsea is a phenomenal Leasing agent. Quick fast, efficient and very communicative.
I've loved it so far. Every now and then my upstairs neighbor walks like they are going to war buy overall I like where I live. I like the food trucks that come by.
Great experience! The community is great and my apartment is beautiful. There are plenty of amenities to choose from. It’s very close to midtown where there are a lot of services and restaurants to choose from
I really enjoy staying at this property. This other tenants are not too loud and it doesn't seem as if it's a lot of young people. I have seen a mature looking group of people thus far. The maintenance team has been very responsive to request.
Staff is amazing been living here over 6 months, so far I’m loving my stay. My work orders get worked on right away that’s something I really appreciate.
They declined me before uploading documents to even get the apartment and then send me a notification asking how i feel as a resident...I'm very confused and irritated

Good apartments low price for living close to downtown. The staff is helpful and nice. Maintain is helpful as well. Only problem some residents leave there trash out.
