Leasing staff Issei & David are the best!!! Both of them are above and beyond, professionalism & courteous. People in the community are very friendly which makes you feel welcome. Community is well kept and maintained.

We have lived in harbor landing for 5 years and absolutely loved it. Everyone is so friendly and the amenities are great. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to move to a community that’s like family

Harbor Landing is a wonderful place to live from the park right next to the building to the water right at your front door.

This is a great place to live. Great service, great people at the front door…mention specially, Lynn and David. And the entire service staff John and all. The building is immaculately clean. 5 stars

The neighbors here are wonderful and I’ve made many friends (including furry friends) in a short amount of time. The facilities are super clean as well. Staff are all professional and friendly which is a huge plus!

Harbor Landing has been an amazingly social place to live, and, as a single person, I always feel safe living here, as well as lucky to have chosen a place where they give back with very generous and fun events. Management is always involved in the events, and are always make themselves available to discuss anything needed.

It has been an absolute great Expierence living here at Harbor Landing. The staff especially has been nothing but accommodating and always there for you and assitance. The building grounds are well kept and the building Amenities and hygiene are immaculate. I have never seen any building be on top of cleaning and keeping clean as they do here at harbor landing. Keep it up always. Makes the world of a difference.

Harbour landing has been my home for three years. I have never been happier waking up in the morning and seeing the water, sun and people who have already started there day much earlier laughing, exercising, meditating with children playing and the birds splashing down in the water is truly a one of a kind experience. I look forward to spending many more years here.

I’d say from the first time I came to even check out the place to signing a lease and spending my first night there it was a great experience no headaches anywhere issei is fantastic at his job I’d have to say from his enthusiasm. It’s what really pushed me to wanna be in this community I appreciate all the staff and I am thankful to be here. Thank you all for everything.

Great amenities, responsive maintenance, and a quiet community. Free parking could be better (or considerably cheaper garage parking spots), but overall a solid place to live.

Beautiful community, welcoming, clean and great amenities. These apartments are in a great town with plenty of options for dining and the bagel place and brewery next door are very convenient.

Harbor Landing at Garvies Point is a unique and special community. I recently signed my third lease renewal because residing here has been a complete lifestyle change. It is not just the experience of living by a marina but the experience of living on a property that is so well cared for. Debra Rocco leads the property management team, and her team reflects her leadership qualities with integrity, professionalism, compassion, and an eye for detail and thoughtfulness. The Concierge members stand out from others I have worked with in other places I have lived. They are caring, communicative, and invaluable during emergency or urgent situations. They work hard to keep us all safe, welcome everyone through our lobbies with warmth, and know many of us by name. The maintenance team is stupendous. I cannot say enough about how hard this team works, and I am grateful for their new leadership under supervisor John. Their team is made up of great individuals who strive to resolve issues as soon as they can. If you catch yourself smiling when you park your car in the garage or when walking into your home or around the community, it is a sign that you love where you live. And we should all be blessed to love where we reside.

Living at Harbor Landing has enriched my life since I moved here. It is not just the location that makes this community a unique place to reside. Being by the marina is a rare experience that many treasure. However, I have lived in many wonderful places, and I feel that management and staff leadership make the Harbor Landing more unique and welcoming. The property's landscaping and exterior maintenance reflect the beautiful units and amenities. Harbor Landing sets a high standard of living on their properties. And they manage to surpass it.

This has been a very satisfactory experience. The process is straight forward and easy to follow with all the automated tools that the building utilizes for its residents.

There isn’t a nicer rental community on Long Island! You can look elsewhere but there’s no where like it, beautiful grounds, clean modern luxury apartments and a beautiful outdoor spaces to watch the sunset. What more can you ask for?

I love it here! The area, amenities, people are all amazing. It is so nice being able to walk along the water every morning & get a bagel right at the deli attached to building H!

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff and residents are pleasant. The location itself is excellent. Able to walk to restaurants, movies, parks. Drawbacks; a extended drive to hit the highways and price, but hey you get what you pay for.

The first month has been great. The people in the building are very nice and considerate. The staff are always willing to help find a solution.

I just moved in and it has been very smooth and easy. Paul walked me through everything I needed to know with great patience, even when I needed things explained multiple times. The building and amenities are excellent! I’m excited to be here.

Great place to be. Great staff great building great location unless u need to commute to Manhattan . LIRR doesnt have direct line from glen cove. Very good restaurants around the area

Harbor landing has great fishing out in the water. Pool is nice and cool. Air conditions work. Parking around the building. Grass outside for dogs to play in court yard.

This is a great community to live in, with people of all ages and from all walks of life & backgrounds.The regular social activities, and seasonal & holiday parties are well done, relaxing & fun!! The staff is always coming up with new ideas; the concierge team is very professional and helpful. The outdoor pool is my happy place in summer, and the gyms are awesome, as are the Saturday Farmers' Market & outdoor movies in summer. I enjoy so many things about living here, and having Brendel's Bagels in the building is so convenient!!

The building is run like a fine tuned machine. All employees are professional and courteous. Any apartment repairs are completed in an expedited manner
