Harbor Landing has successfully stood by one of their many motos, "Moving here is a lifestyle change for the better" - I know other communities of luxury homes that market that same line. But none have achieved it as successfully and genuinely as HL. That is a big deal for me. Because living here is in fact a lifestyle change for the better. However, it is not just because of the stunning location off the L.I. Sound, or the landscaping that leaves you experiencing the depths of every season in a richer way, but it is the staff here that helps make it all possible. John, Eddie, Cullin and the entire team here, led by the incomparable and compassionate Debra Rocco, is what makes this place a positive lifestyle change. I am grateful to have been renewing my lease here for the past 4 years now.

I have moved in about a month ago. So far the experience exceeded my expectations by a mile. The apartment, people and the service have all been very good. Especially when comparing to a previous place I stayed for the last two years.
Good so far!!! I just wish the events were a little later in the evening send me my partner work late and usually don’t come home until seven but by that time the events are over there usually around 4 o’clock and unless you work from home, it’s almost impossible to make those events

Coming to Harbor Landing from growing up and living in NYC all my life, I cannot begin to express how much I love it here. I just moved into Harbor Landing at Garvies Point last week and so far it’s been a fantastic experience. I relocated here from out of state, and I wasn’t able to visit in advance. But, I have to say, everyone who helped me in the months in the run-up to my move was absolutely spectacular. I had so many questions, especially about the application process, but they were always patient and helpful. Special shout-outs to Paul, Issei, and David in the leasing team for all their patience! And when I eventually landed in the Glen Cove region, Issei gave me a tour of the building. And then David onboarded me on move-in day. Really loving it here so far. I already know I’ll enjoy the location, it’s so lovely. And the apartment building and units are beautifully maintained. Landing here has made a stressful interstate relocation less challenging!
Leasing staff Issei & David are the best!!! Both of them are above and beyond, professionalism & courteous. People in the community are very friendly which makes you feel welcome. Community is well kept and maintained.

The building grounds are well kept and the building Amenities and hygiene are immaculate. I have never seen any building be on top of cleaning and keeping clean as they do here at harbor landing. Keep it up always. Makes the world of a difference.

Harbour landing has been my home for three years. I have never been happier waking up in the morning and seeing the water, sun and people who have already started there day much earlier laughing, exercising, meditating with children playing and the birds splashing down in the water is truly a one of a kind experience. Harbor Landing at Garvies Point is a unique and special community. I recently signed my third lease renewal because residing here has been a complete lifestyle change. It is not just the experience of living by a marina but the experience of living on a property that is so well cared for. Debra Rocco leads the property management team, and her team reflects her leadership qualities with integrity, professionalism, compassion, and an eye for detail and thoughtfulness. The Concierge members stand out from others I have worked with in other places I have lived. They are caring, communicative, and invaluable during emergency or urgent situations. They work hard to keep us all safe, welcome everyone through our lobbies with warmth, and know many of us by name. The maintenance team is stupendous. I cannot say enough about how hard this team works, and I am grateful for their new leadership under supervisor John. Their team is made up of great individuals who strive to resolve issues as soon as they can. If you catch yourself smiling when you park your car in the garage or when walking into your home or around the community, it is a sign that you love where you live. And we should all be blessed to love where we reside.

There isn’t a nicer rental community on Long Island! You can look elsewhere but there’s no where like it, beautiful grounds, clean modern luxury apartments and a beautiful outdoor spaces to watch the sunset. What more can you ask for?

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff and residents are pleasant. The location itself is excellent. Able to walk to restaurants, movies, parks. Drawbacks; a extended drive to hit the highways and price, but hey you get what you pay for.
