Decent apartment, noise from outside is really bad though, which includes the dumpster/compactor. And the stench of weed is pretty much constant and will invade your unit.

Sincerely a great place to live, especially when both spouses are working in the area. Living here is awesome. It's a friendly neighborhood with great stuff like a gym, pool, and a place to hang out. Everything looks nice and clean. Carla has been so helpful. If we need anything fixed or have questions, she's there to make things better. She's super nice and really good at her job. We really like it here and think others would too.

I have been a resident for over 7 years. A nice place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The apartment is so inviting and the neighborhood is so convenient. The Location is excellent for exploring the several nearby restaurants and stores which are only a few minutes walk away. I would like to especially thank Carla and Alejandro as they are very responsive and helpful regarding any issues that arise and take under consideration the suggestions and requests of tenants. With that being said, I would be remiss if I didn't say that I do miss some of the amenities that we used to have such as front door shuttle service, concierge service, later party room hrs., but we cant have it all. Overall this is a very nice property.

The best part of the process was how helpful the leasing staff were. Big thank you to Carla and Alejandro. I moved from Las Vegas/military and any issues that popped up they were there every step of the way, down to someone helping the movers for my household goods and watching them drop my stuff off when they arrived early. The moving process was not stressful thanks to them.

Halstead Tower overall is a good community. I like the proximity to work, school, and entertainment. There is the occasional noise issues, but that can be expected with limited outside space and small units. I am also not a fan of the parking cost for family and guest, especially if it is only a short visit. It tends to add up quickly. I will give it 7 out 10 compared to other places I considered.

Around 11:00PM on a Saturday night, I realized that my refrigerator was becoming increasingly warmer and I had an urgent need to remove items from the fridge and freezer before they would have to be trashed. Within 30 minutes of calling the emergency maintenance number, my fridge/freezer were able to be relocated to another refrigerator on site. Given the time of night, as long as I was able to relocate items temporarily, I was okay with a repair at a later time to prevent maintenance from having to come out, so this was perfect. Maintenance came early the next morning to resolve the issue with the refrigerator and I was able to resume using the refrigerator later in the evening. I was back to using my fridge not even 24 hours later on a weekend! Thanks so much for your prompt, kind, and seamless attention.

The maintenance staff is great! They are always friendly and professional. In general I’m not happy living in this building. It’s not as clean as it was when I moved in and the recycle trash is not removed daily. And the marijuana issue has gotten worse. I’m constantly smelling it in the garage, elevators and hallways.

My fridge broke 2-3 weeks before i had an issue with my washer/dryer .. both times i received a very prompt response and action ( tho it was on weekend late hours for the fridge) and everything was resolved immediately .. i am very happy and satisfied by the professionalism of the maintenance staff and the management office .. thank you

I have been here almost 2 years and love it the staff is very friendly and welcoming I have never seen a maintenance team that gets things done as fast! they are the best. My neighbors are wonderful we all watch out for each other. In less than a few months I made friends that feel like family. I also want to mention the views and the hot tub. I loved watching the fireworks on the 4th of July from the rooftop pool We have had parties in the clubhouse and attended a few. It’s a beautiful building. Glad we made it our home.

The staff is phenomenal but the amount you get for the price you pay is lacking compared to other nearby apartments. No guest parking passes and you have to pay every single time someone visits even if for 20 minutes. If you are on a lower level it is loud and you can hear the cars/traffic. The apartments are nice but outdated compared to other apartments with the same price. The gym is small and as far as I know, there isn't any type of agreement with the gym next door (again, something that the other apartments offer as an incentive).

In addition to the location and the amenities, I also picked this community because of the reputation for excellent service and maintenance, and I have not been disappointed. Everyone has been so helpful, everything is taken care of right away, it makes everything so easy. We just signed our 3rd rental agreement with Halstead Tower. The apartment is quiet, roomy with a lot of light. Maintenance comes within hours and always fixes the problem. We use the amenities because they are well maintained. Kathy in the main office is courteous and extremely helpful. It's a good place to rent.

We love living here at Halstead. It's a great location, the building is clean and the floor plan is perfect. Our management staff is caring, friendly and aways available. Our only serious complaint is with the new parking for pay. We have no problem with guest paying to stay over, but to put the set pay time at 6 pm is awful. When we have friends who may be staying for a few hours after work or for dinner it adds a lot of stress to remember they have to pay or be towed!
