I've lived in Gunbarrel Center since July 2017 and have been a satisfied resident the entire time! I love my apartment, the views of the mountains from my living room, and the friendly management and maintenance team. The amenities added while I've lived here (dog park, bike rentals, resident appreciation dinners) really speak to the commitment of commuinty this apartment complex strives to foster.

In general we're grateful to be here. After living in the complex for almost two years now we're realizing there are some design features inside our unit that aren't quite what we would choose again. However the view of the flatirons from our balcony is just phenomenal. We are grateful for the location and proximity to the features of Boulder that we are delighted to enjoy.

What I enjoy most about the living experience here is the location! I can walk to the grocery store, liquor store, breweries/restaurants and trails. The apartment itself is also very nice and I rarely hear my neighbors (who are all very friendly).

Mike and Amy are fantastic! Mike is always so personable and checking in with us. Amy is quick to resolve issues and is the cutest little thing. I miss the old leasing agent Mariah who always greeted us in the lobby but the new staff seems friendly. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous with amazing views and modern features. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed my time here at Gunbarrel Apartments. It's nice apartment living with convenience of not owning a home & upkeep. We have a pretty quite community here in the evening & early morning hours, & everyones super friendly! Terrific sunset views! It's close to the trails, & some great restaurants in the neighboor along with a grocery near by.

As an expat I struggled finding a short term lease after my company relocated me from Europe to the US. Credit ratings are a big thing in the US and not something easy to deal with if you're new to the States. The good people at Gunbarrel Center however, understood this completely and were very flexible, and the latter did not imply excessive deposits. The service was impeccable, friendly and professional, which in times when you're changing continents is very reassuring and comforting. The staff working there is very responsive and they will get back to you quickly on any question you may have. The apartments in Gunbarrel themselves are brand new, good quality and stylish. Once the development will be completely finished, this will be a total gem. The immediate neighborhood provides everything you may need and is in full expansion. Furthermore it is just a mere 10min drive away from downtown Boulder and well connected to main roads taking you to Denver and/or Denver International Airport, yet still quiet enough to provide high quality of living. I cannot be more clear than this: this is a great place to live. B. Moulart
