Unit also includes dishwasher, microwave, stove, air conditioning and a dedicated water heater. Freshly painted. Also included in the covered, underground, secure garage are two parking spaces, side-by-side with a storage unit. Coin-operated washer/dryers in laundry room on site. Shown by appointment only. No pets. Tenancy dependent upon approval of credit application and $25 non-refundable fee. Security deposit equal to first month’s rent due at signing.
