Property Ratings at Greenridge Place
Victoria has been running the complex since I moved here in 2014, she always has a smile and tries her best to help with in her capabilities, in other words without having to go through corporate first. Maintenance guy is really nice and is usually quick to respond to any issues, only problem he lives over 40 mins away, so if you have a late night emergency it may be a bit before he arrives. The landscaping is always well kept and the grounds clean of trash, they actually have a lovely lady who goes around the entire complex sweeping up trash. If I had to nit pick, the pool water always looks dirty, it never looks clean and sparkling like most pools, and if your AC keeps breaking down they wait till they have replaced every part before replacing the unit, and don't let it break down on a holiday weekend. You get one window unit which you have to block off all entries and hopefully have a ceiling fan on high and a floor fan in front of window unit just to stay cool enough to sleep without any covers and in your underwear. It was 95 degrees in my apartment, no accommodations or other options were provided, and I asked, but was told their was nothing more they could do. With that being my only really big grievance in 6 years, and the fact that Victoria is so nice, I can't hold a grudge over it. Just clean the pool water, please. It's just so yucky looking. It shouldn't look like foggy water for lack of better words. Oh and they have a really nice gym with 24 hr access, only if I'd get off my lazy tail and use it more often.
I’ve lived here for 6 years; and have loved living here. No matter any issue I’ve ever had, the staff is utterly friendly and genuine about the situation and always willing to help. They even do it with a smile! Maintenance team is always attentive. I’ve had a couple issues but those are normal wear of things that rose up. No complaints.
I used to live at 3000 Greenridge isn’t the best place it gets flooded , I start having problems when drug dealers moved next door, pimps and drugs the hall ways stink . I was traveling and my apt got rob the locks got change and when the Maintance guy opened the apt door my ace was empty , I spoke to Victoria she refused to change my unit , I felt unsafe staying there with an 7 year old kid , I was paying on time . I’ve to leave , they reported in my credit $6k when I tried to stay and move to an other unit , it’s not fair .

This place has been through 5 managers in the 2 years I have been living here. prices keep going up while property's around it stay the same or go down. The Good things are that they are very quiet sometimes my guest ask if other people leave there because you never see anyone or hear anyone. Also they place is perfectly centralized to go to the galleria, I-10, or 59
really clean apartment complex, even the stairs are clean twice a week, there is always a security guy on the entrance...
I have nothing but awesome things to say about Greenridge Place. Their leasing office staff is both professional and friendly, and I can't praise them enough for being willing to answer all of my minute questions. It's well-maintained, quiet, and has plenty of parking (all of which are hard qualities to come by in Houston. As someone who struggled with the decision to move outside the loop, I feel like I'm still close to the heart of Houston without having to compromise my standard of living. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU Greenridge Place!
