Mr.

I've been living here for nearly ten years and the only reason I haven't left yet is because the rent is cheap, but in the last two years the rent has gone up so much, that it's no longer worth living here. I'm really thinking next year to try and find a better place, This place is a dump, The carpet is dirty. Incents all over the place. Problems with the plumbing and the heating. No covered parking. The location is good, but that's about all I can say about this dump!
