This is Miami's place to shop, home to the Shops and Midtown, a huge outdoor shopping district. It is directly south of the Miami Design District, slightly north of Downtown. Midtown features a variety of office buildings and is home to the Art Miami art fair.
Midtown Miami contains two distinctive neighborhoods, Wynwood and Edgewater. Wynwood is famous for its shops, restaurants, and outdoor murals. Edgewater is far more residential, providing a variety of high-rise apartment buildings and luxury condos along Biscayne Bay. Miami Beach is directly east of Midtown Miami, roughly four miles away along I-195.

No better rental bldg in Miami/ Management staff is stellar so bldg well run. Can't beat the central location, walkable plus easy highway access.

Everyone who works here is amazing!!!!! The building is great overall, but could use slight improvements on amenities - unfortunately there aren’t enough places to work (there’s only 2 small rooms and the 5th floor can get noisy). But I’ve been here for over 2 years now and still love it!

Its been great! If you're looking for a building that is located in a lively area, look no further! This building is located between Wynwood and Design District, close to many restaurants, gyms, pilates studios, coffee shops, grocery stores and more!

Asha and Yahya were very helpful, courteous, and instrumental in the move in process. This was the easiest move in I've had in years. I enjoy the central location of the building and how it is walking distance to several neighborhoods too like wynwood and design district.

Great living at GIO Midtown! Location is amazing with everything at the door step - amazing dining, shopping, groceries --. In addition, everything Miami has to offer is at short distance. The building is really nice and modern with excellent amenities. Best of all are all the support staff at concierge, maintenance and leasing office. So we decided to renew our lease.

The parking garage is a mess. Seems that many of the electric car charging stations are not operational so now the electric car owners are parking in regular spots and plugging into the wall. Wondering if the building can let us know which of the E parking spots are broken so regular cars can park in them! Considering the slow nature of the buildings elevators… The service elevator is often locked for a move or other service, and then the desk forgets to unlock it… very inconvenient considering.

I continue to have issues with my car transponder when it comes to opening the gate. I have had it replaced and I still spend up to 2-3 mins trying to open gate when leaving and entering. Everything aside from this has been great but this situation is beginning to frustrate me.

Love the building. Amenity closure time at 10PM is quite early, especially for people who sometimes work late. The staff is the best, especially reception and maintenance!

Moving to Gio Midtown has been so worth it! The leasing office made the process so easy. They have been available to work out any kinks along the way. The apartment was diligently cleaned & any faults were promptly addressed. The apartment amenities make us feel like we're living in a resort. The facility is well-maintained and very safe. The Trader Joe's downstairs is a lifesaver. Also being walking distance to Target, Home Goods, Nordstrom Rack etc. definitely comes in handy. Looking forward to our time living at Gio!!!

Great staff, fun community activities, loved the cinco de mayo cocktail kits. Would love to have something for the kitties too. Sad I missed the poolside bowls but another thing like that would be amazing

Great amenities. Staff is very supportive and always available. Very very clean and well maintained apartment. The gym had ample equipment and there’s always events going on to keep residents entertained

I’ve lived at Gio for over two years, and while the location and amenities seem great on paper, the reality has been frustrating. The elevators are constantly breaking down, making it a hassle to get in and out of the building (especially during peak hours). Sharing a parking garage with Trader Joe’s is a nightmare, with shoppers constantly causing congestion. To make matters worse, about 20% of the electric car chargers don’t work. For the price, you’d expect better a smoother living experience. Unfortunately, it often feels like convenience is not a priority here.

I just moved in only a week ago and im loving it so far everyone is so nice . The building itself is well kept and just gorgeous everything is in this area ao many places to eat or workout I also love the giveaways coming up popsicles and donuts thats cool

Great building and location but unfortunately the elevators continue to be an issue. Right now all 3 elevators are down leaving just the freight elevator for all 32 floors. Management needs to compensate residents if they really care about their experience or find a way to fix these elevators so they stop breaking every month.

Great location, great staff. I love being able to walk everywhere. The residents are friendly too. There are tons of amenities and the overall building is gorgeous. Best / Worst part is that we are above Trader Joe’s. Good because we can get groceries easily but can be annoying due to parking.

I really love living at GIO. It’s a great community and the facilities and amenities are great. There could be a better upkeep of the sauna and cleanliness of it. The hours of some amenities should be more accommodating. The construction that is occurring around the GIO building makes it very noisy for many residents. But for the location, experience, amenities it’s an amazing place to live

Living in Gio its amazing. All the stuff it’s extremely friendly. And I love the fitness events and classes offered. The common areas are always clean plus the free coffee at the coffee machine. Love that !

Great move-in experience. Helpful staff 24 hours a day at the front office. Perfect location in the city. I’ve lived in a few places around Miami and this Gio location has such a perfect vicinity to restaurants, exercises classes/gyms, and grocery stores. Also, the building is conveniently located near the highway to it makes getting North and South extremely easy. Finally, this building is ~15minutes from the MIA airport!!
