The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Garden Pointe
I recently moved into Garden Point Apartment Complex, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was impressed by the beautifully landscaped grounds and the welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The leasing process was smooth and straightforward, making my transition seamless. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with high-quality appliances and plenty of natural light. One of my favorite features is the community amenities. The pool area is perfect for relaxing on sunny days, and the fitness center is well-equipped for all my workout needs. Plus, the location is fantastic—close to shopping, dining, and parks, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Overall, Garden Point is more than just an apartment complex; it feels like a community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience!
Staff are amazing! Maintenance is always on the run and going above and beyond! I am a very picky person and I have 0 issues. Staff is always willing to work with residents.
Quick and painless application process! Staff is quick to respond and set up a tour. Communication between staff and tenants is reliable and ongoing! Maintenance does quality work! Parking can be a pain depending on what side you live on! The cabana/office hosts a monthly community event for the residents. The pool and hot tub have been a deal breaker! Respectable and fair staff! Family friendly complex!
