Uptown Houston comprises the area east of Interstate 610 between I-10 and I-69, a large swath of the city that blends the relaxed pace of the suburbs with urban glitz and energy. One of the area’s most famous attractions is the stunning Galleria, the largest shopping mall in Texas, which employs thousands in its high-end boutiques. Nearby, a thriving dining and entertainment district supplies the neighborhood with an eclectic variety of off-hours attractions. The sprawling Memorial Park sits right across the highway, and locals love to stroll through the Houston Arboretum and hit the links of the Memorial Park Golf Course.

If you're reading this, avoid this place.

Lived here for 2 years. From the bottom of my heart, this place is truly the worst apartment complex I've ever seen in my entire life. You name it, it was an issue & the worst management staff I've ever seen possibly anywhere. If you're reading this then you're obviously inquiring about an honest review of Galleria Parc, Save yourself time, money, sleep & stress - don't bother moving here. Would give it negative stars if that was an option.

A solid “Okay” and nothing more

Location is good—but don’t let the updated, sound-proof windows you’ll see during the tour fool you like they fooled me. Parking garage is truly the Wild West. Good luck to you and your car. Lovely surprise building-wide (in every unit and the hallways) false fire alarms go off about once a month… this past week, this has happened three times—once from about 2-4 AM!! Keeps you on your toes, especially since there’s no way to silence it! The brand new parking garage gate also works pretty well about 90% of the time, so that’s also pretty great! At least people only park in my reserved parking spot (for which the price is set to double with my next lease renewal) some of the time. Closet shelving and bathroom fixtures are poorly installed, I’ve had one of each collapse in the couple years I’ve lived here. The moulding is also poorly sized, cut, and installed, leaving large gaps and wobbly pieces. But it looks good in pictures! The maintenance staff is great, and they respond promptly and work thoroughly… but it seems management doesn’t want to invest the money to actually keep this place put together. Don’t even get me started on getting packages delivered here, despite having an Amazon hub locker in the garage. If it wasn’t for the extremely convenient location (for me personally), I probably would’ve left after year 1—definitely would’ve left after year 2. As I said in the headline, this place is a solid okay and nothing more.

Great Maintenance Team

I am in my third year living at CGL and I wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance crew. They are always so friendly, and repairs are done quite quickly. They have always followed up with me if they had to order a replacement part or new equipment, just to let me know how long the repair might take. I recently had both of my bathroom fan motors blow out due to a bad storm we had with multiple power outages. They replaced both motors quickly and they are working beautifully!

Great staff

I have lived at century galleria lofts for 2 years now and have been very pleased. Pros: very helpful staff, quick resolution on maintenance requests, good amenities Cons: have had some problems with bugs, trash valet service is AWFUL.
