Gables Seaport

We love the Gables, Location is great, staff is great, amenities are great. Sometime there are loud noises from construction but there is nothing you can do about that, we also wish there was a local food market in the neighborhood too, but there is also nothing the Gables can do about that. Maybe the Superette will open up an actual market soon?

Clean and comfortable space to make home. The maintenance is also very expeditious when needed. Friendly concierge and great amenities around the building.

Great community, location, and amenities. I’ve lived here for just under two years and I don’t have any intention of leaving soon. Best studio apartment layout in the seaport.

The Gables is a fabulous place to live. I'm on year three! Beautifully appointed. Fabulous staff. Wonderful location . Safe clean neighborhood in the midst of The Seaport.

All the staff have been really helpful during my move and looking forward to meeting some of the residence. I have noticed that the building is really quiet and very seldom see other tenants so hopefully we will have a community get together.

It’s great, great location with great price. Very convenient to go on I-90 I-93. Lots of residentce events as well. But only one grocery store near the area

Gables is a great place to live! The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable living environment. Great amenities, location, and fellow residents.

I moved in recently it has been great so far. I really like the amenities and how close I am to the silver line. I had some maintenance issues but they responded and solved them really quickly.

I find it very fustrating that i only get notified about packages like 60% of the time. SO often they are just shoved in the closet without entering into the system

Gables Seaport is located at the heart of Seaport. It offers spectacular views. The amenities are wonderful. I love the high ceilings as well as the convenient appliances. Neighbors are friendly ! And management are friendly too! We really love living here. We are proud to call Gables Seaport our home.

Clean, neighbors are respectful, great amenities. The staff is also very helpful with package deliveries and helping schedule rooms or the loading dock to move in. Management is also quick to respond to maintenance requests.

Overall my stay here has been quite satisfying. The building is quiet and clean. I have a great view from my window. I am close to my job. The minor inconveniences are usually sorted quickly. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Seaport to check out these apartments.

Gables Seaport is the best place to live in the Seaport Area, hands down. Management is extremely friendly and helpful, same goes for the incredible concierge service. The amenities and facilities are top notch. Everything is well maintained, clean and inviting! Apartments are beautiful.

I like the access to Summer Street as an alternative to going north in the city, especially during traffic-heavy hours. Being located next to 2 steakhouses as well as within walking distances to other high-quality steakhouses makes this location ideal for me.

The leasing office was accommodating, friendly and helpful. They were patient with us as we gathered information and reviewed our options. We toured the building and unit 3 times and there was never a complaint. they were always friendly and happy to show us around. The building was clean, nicely decorated, and has wonderful amenity floors.

Great apartment complex! Newer building with beautiful furnishings. The amenities are great too. Beautiful terrace, communal space, and pool. The gym is pretty small with few weights, but a small sacrifice for the location and features.

Gables is good, wishing they were more willing to negotiate renewals with existing residents to show the loyalty earned from living here several years

An incredible place to live! From the awesome staff to the amenities to the central location, I couldn’t be more pleased that I chose to make Gables Seaport my new home.

Gables Seaport is a really nice building that’s in a very good location. I love that it’s so close to the waterfront, all the restaurants and stores, and other things Seaport has to offer. It’s also convenient to get to I90 and I93 and the silve line stop is just next door. The gym, pool, and common areas are great. Everything is nicely decorated. The furnishings in the apt are pretty good except for the washer/dryer. They're small, don't wash clothes well, and the dryer takes so long to dry clothes. The downsides are that construction next door is annoying. They'll do it all day. Even in the middle of night you'll hear the metal banging. The windows are pretty good but you'll still hear it a bit. Also, it always smells bad near the entrances especially on the third floor. I don't think they do enough to discourage dog owners from peeing right on the sidewalk in front of the door. Of course, the rent is really high. Too high for the square footage you get.

We absolutely love living here! We love having a gym, a pool, beautiful views, helpful and kind concierges. Everything is perfect here! Living the dream!

The best place to live. I’m so happy I made the choice to move here. I would highly recommend anyone to live here. I don’t see myself moving from here anytime soon!

Best building I've lived in! The staff is great and the building is well kept. The amenities are second to none with a great outdoor area to relax with a view of the water.

The Gables is a nice building with a friendly staff. The elevator situation is sometimes slow and the mail and delivery system can sometimes be unorganized.

So far a very good experience. The concierge service is extremely helpful, especially the night shifts. Both the lady and the gentleman for night shifts (the lady through the week, the gentleman at weekends) provided timely and very friendly service which I'm very thankful for. As soon as I noticed and reported a leak situation in the gym 1 week ago, the gentleman on duty immediately went with me to check on it and took actions without any delay so the gym can keep operating, so very nice.

We love living at the Gables. The staff is incredible, there are so many amenities, and our dog has so many buddies! Would recommend this place to everyone.

After a year and a half, it seems I never lived anywhere else. First, my unit is exactly as I would have designed it - the layout, the finishes, and the incredible view of the harbor. The building is quiet, meticulously maintained and neighbors are friendly, but not intrusive. There is always something happening in the neighborhood; over the holiday season, it was magical, The harbor, the restaurants, the ferries - I just love it!

After living in my own condo for 30 years, I expected it would take a while to feel at home at Gables. But, actually it only took a few days and now after a year and a half, it seems I never lived anywhere else. First, there is my unit, which is exactly as I would have designed it - from the layout, to the finishes, to the incredible view of the harbor. Then, the building, which is meticulously maintained, quiet, where neighbors are friendly, but not intrusive and where things that go wrong (it happens) are quickly fixed. Finally, the neighborhood, where there is always something going on. Over the holiday season, it has become magical, with a holiday market that is getting better and better. The views, the restaurants, the ferries - I just love it. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Great experience at Gables. Wonderful staffs to serve you 7/24 hrs. Morden Gym facility to make your life much much easier. I enjoy going to the gym after work , and with a great view!!!

Everyone on staff is super helpful and nice! I love the common space, too. The bathrooms and kitchen in my unit are amazing and so well designed.

Very good amenities and the living environment! Good sea view and high-end interior design. As a young and single working person, this is the best home that I've ever lived!

Building is great, community is awesome. However, the leasing office is rude and unhelpful when trying to sort out why our rent skyrocketed. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't of even looked elsewhere-other seaport buildings were cheaper with a leasing staff who were was much more concerned with residents. I wish I left this building for a different seaport building but did not have enough time before my lease was up as I was away.

I love living at the gables! The one thing that can be tough though is the elevator speeds - other than that, it's great! We've really been loving the amenities too.

My experience has been amazing! The management is phenomenal and genuinely cares about your experience. Everyone is extremely receptive, helpful and friendly. Amenities are awesome, the building is consistently clean and has lovely decor; all around 11/10 experience.
