The property management team is super friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions you might have. They have a good pest control and landscapers. I have a cat and they are a cat-friendly complex which to me made them a very great place to live from the get-go. I really liked how when we moved in they gave us a brand new welcome mat. It’s little things like that can make a difference when you choose your next home.

It's a nice place to live. They used to accept packages at the leasing office but with all of the constant turnover, they are too lazy now to do so. Packages are placed at your doorstep and often stolen. Aside from that it's a nice place to live.

After disliking some stuff at first I had a change of heart. The community itself is nice. Don’t judge the area for the complex because they do a good job of maintaining the complex and apartments.

Very nice place to stay. Really nice staff and so friendly and helpful. Because I am not good with all this nee way to do things, the ladies in the office, especially Jennifer, helped me with my lease agreement, setting up my electric account, my rental insurance and my Smart TV set up. The ladies all worked with me to get internet into my apartment. I go to them for everything and they are always willing to do whatever they can to help. The Freemont Villas are quiet and a great place to stay for the price. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. I love living here and I feel safe. The apartments are gated.

I’ve lived in Fremont Villas since February and the community is quaint. Secured complex and safe for the area it’s in. Frequently office staff has appreciation cookouts for its tenants in the complex. Responsive staff is a added bonus and stays on top of things.

I have lived here for 9 months now and I love living here! They keep the property clean and pest free. The units are nicely remodeled. It's a gated community and I feel so safe here. The property staff are also very friendly and accommodating to anything u need.

They have a great staff and are always available for anything, great clean pool, and open 24/7 on site laundry mate.the inside on the apartments are great aswell with an elevator and gated, just an all around good quiet place to live.

I have lived here for about 4 months now I enjoy it a lot. The staff is nice and helpful as well as the neighbors. I haven’t really seen any bugs besides maybe a lot of flies on occasion try to come into the apartment it is the summer so that is to be expected. The one thing I do like is that they offer pest control every week if needed and inform their residents through both text and email about anything going on. My only complaint is the laundry room. Most of the time the laundry machines that have the bar codes does not work and every time I have gone to do my laundry minus my first visit, a machine is usually out of order. Usually it might be only one on each side so one washer and dryer. The only other problem with the laundry room is that on occasion myself and other residents have a hard time getting the door to open, even if the passcode is correct. Other than that this is a great place to start off especially if you are new to Vegas like I am traveling from the east coast.

If you’re looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place, this is it. I love that it’s a small and safe gated community! I can walk downtown for fun and come home to a quiet place. I love the 24/7 “friendly neighbor” rule to be considerate of noise. The landscape and pool are always kept up and maintenance is very fast responding. The office staff is responsive and helpful, even if I need to print something out and I love that they throw holiday parties for the community with free food and fun events!

The housekeeper power wash the road, common area, parking lot. Once a week she went around swept up trash from the street and picking up practically every single spec of dirt. Lorenzo, the maintenance gentleman will come fix your emergency problem in the middle of the night. Even the trash area on the outer of the parking lot, once a week got power washed and cleaned. The apartment layout is spacious. All the neighbors are very friendly and some even funny. It makes living downtown feel like living in a village.
I had a great experience living here. Letty and the rest of the office staff were always nothing but helpful, friendly and welcoming. The couple times I needed maintenance, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The grounds are kept clean, it’s quiet, my neighbors and everyone I ever ran into here was always so nice and friendly too! It’s a really great community. The units are cute, they are clean, comfortable, I never had any issues in my time here. It was a very pleasant renting experience, which was a breath of fresh air from previous experiences I’ve had.
Homeless people and crack addicts know the gate and do their laundry/dig through the trash here. They rather spend money putting lights on trees than fox security issues here. Jody is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met and harrasses tenants. There are many places in Vegas that are just $100 more/month and save you from doing business here.
It's nice to know that we have a caring office personal. Leticia is great calling back making sure my maintenance requests are done thanks a million.

I met the manager Jody one day I was looking for a pkg. Welcoming is just not the right word. Jody was so friendly and professional. I was thinking is everybody in this office for real. Well the answer is yes, they are for real. Kindness.friendly and always concerned for your needs. It's time tested. The same everytime. I usually don't warm up to people right away. Well I can't say that anymore. Jody changed that.Jody is a great leader. Her people are a true reflection of her. Thanks for making me feel like a family member..not just a tenant.
