Property Ratings at Foxborough Apartments
I will never recommend this apartment to anyone. Only lived here for a month a MONTH and every single day I come home from work something is broken or falling apart. When we first moved in DAY 1 hella roaches, every cabinet broken and caved in and dishwasher doesn’t work, broken towel rack, no lent cover for dryer. Dishwasher was replaced which took a couple weeks to do. Now it’s April and raining everyday come to find out they painted over ROTTED WOOD on the windows so we come home to puddles in our living room. They state it’s a play it by ear situation after having contractors only fix the drain outside. The contractors state they didn’t even know the inside of our apartment was damaged they were only aware of the outside needing fixed yet the office ladies are stating they have told the contractors so clearly someone is lying. I sound like a broken record because EVERYDAY seriously no joke without fail everyday I’ve had to call them for the same stuff just for them to basically have no clue half the time. The communication is non existent with these people. Today 5/5 was the breaking point when my man tried to shower before work and the panel on the ceiling was falling. It’s part of the offices job to do THOROUGH walk throughs of apartments before putting up for sale. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was looked over before we moved in. And the excuse? “Well the previous tenants didn’t tell us about these broken things” NOT THEIR JOB it is the offices job to look through an apartment BEFORE putting it up for sale to insure it is livable and clean. We pay rent to live in a shitbox and it’s disheartening that the bare minimum and cheap fixes are the only solution. I do not recommend living here at all unless you wanna come to an apartment you can’t call home because it’s so disgusting and broken while no one does anything but repeat themselves. We will not be renewing a lease after the end of this period. I’ve never had this experience within a MONTH of living in any apartment.

The apartments are very quiet, the property is well maintained, the staff is very friendly, and the maintenance team is very quick to respond to my requests! They also do nice resident events for us. I highly recommend living here as it is a very centralized location, and you are close to everything.
I wish that I would of researched before moving in, the staff is amazing but they take forever to come in and fix anything. I’m currently living here and cannot wait to move out! They are roach infested and no matter how clean I keep my apartment they still come out the cracks in the ceiling. I put in a work order for mold over a month ago and they still haven’t came out to fix the issue and I have my 2 month old baby in the room. Overall I’m done with them not to mention they went up on the rent smh it’s a no for me I’m out when my lease is up.
This is my third renewal on this property I want to thank the staff are being more like family with the communication regarding situations like COVID-19 rent issues maintenance follow ups even birthdays The maintenance team is always riding around the community which allows me too feel more comfortable in my home

When I applied to this apartment I instantly knew it was the home I was looking for. At first, I felt a little discouraged because my phone wouldn't load my pay stubs , but Monica was patient with me and even helped by showing me all the office amenities. I've never had an apartment have a beautiful and helpful office space like Foxboroughs'. After everything was settled i did the application and got called back the next day with good news. Any question I had she was quick to resolve and figure out the perfect solution . After this experience i would def re new my lease. Compared to my last apartment this is a major upgrade!!! Friendly staff, maintaince team is awesome and not perverted like my last place !!!!!!! clean environment i've never seen any bugs in my unit thank the lord !!! when you go apply or call speak to my girl MONICA .
I have been living here for about 2 months now, and everything has been great. From the moment I walked in the leasing office I felt welcomed. My apartment was upgraded just the way I liked and I got brand new appliances. It’s very spacious and I haven’t seen any rodents/bugs. I feel very safe and at home. Prices are not that expensive and everything works great! Maintenance responds to request in a timely manner. Neighbors are very nice and respectful. Love the gym, very convenient! This is my very first apartment out of college and I was super afraid I was making the wrong decision, but it was absolutely the best decision! Foxborough is the place to be! I’m not even a review person, so this should speak volumes
A great place to live. Feels like home. Quiet neighbourhood. Have been living here for almost 5 years. Maintenance staff is very friendly and always fo a great job. Haven't had any complaints at all. You will feel safe and secure here!!
I would just like to start by saying I have lived in the area now for 3 years and this is my fourth apartment complex. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Nicole in the leasing office and she ultimately followed through and sold us on moving here. She was the best leasing agent we have worked with in our experience. She was kind, easy to work with, and extremely diligent in meeting us halfway every time we needed something. I was on the verge of staying with my previous complex (who offered me 12 month pricing for 6 months) but it was Nicole that showed us that Foxborough had so much more to offer. Truly the staff now is what makes this place great!
What I recommend about this place, well I come from NY, I spoke to Adriana over the phone many times. I had to believe what she was telling me because I had to relocate. Well everything she told me was true! I felt so relieved! Now I'm in a 2 bedroom apt which is beautiful, thank you Jackie I love my apt! I'm not moving any time soon, their stuck with me they became my family that I had to leave behind in NY. As far as maintenance if something goes wrong that day or the next it is fixed I call foxbouugh apts MY HOME !
I lived from the time I moved here from TN, until I married and moved into a house. I found the staff very caring and trustworthy. The very few times I had a maintenance issue, they took care of it immediately. They are very conscience of the safety, security and well-being of all of the residents. The amenities include an upgraded workout facility, well maintained swimming pool with an excellent deck, tables, chairs and grill for cookouts. There is also a pen where your small dog can run for a while and burn off energy. They also have regular events throughout the year for the Foxborough family. I cannot think of a better apartment community; here, you get a lot more for your dollar than just a key to the front door. I was very happy and at home my entire time at Foxborough.
I have enjoyed my stay here and I think the apartments are the best in this area. Staff is nice and they have great amenities.
I have called Foxborough home for over a year now and love it! The leasing office is always so helpful and I love all the events they have for us!! Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and the property is pretty calm.
DONT WALK, RUN. This apartment is disgusting. The leasing office doesn’t care about you, I had several issues with another tenant and them abusing their animals and they didn’t do ANYTHING about it. Safe to say these people are lazy, disgusting and inconsiderate. Great job Fox Borough for hiring idiots.
In brief, staff is friendly when you begin leasing and then try to swindle you out of your money at the end with hidden fees, cleaning fees (units are never clean upon move-in). This place is full of roaches, run down AC units and overall just a mess. It has a 4 star rating when 5 reviews are 5,4,2,1 and 1.... thats a 2.6 not 4 star rating. I lived there for 8 months and could not wait to leave. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I have lived in Foxborough apartments for just about 2 years now. Jackie and Jackie in the office are outstanding managers, who truly make me feel like I am "at home".They are kind, and take pride in their property. The maintenance team here is also outstanding. One of the reasons my husband and I chose this complex was the good reviews we saw online regarding the maintenance team. I have to say I don't disagree. Maintenance is always quick to handle and repair things if they are to break. It is an older building but VERY WELL MAINTAINED. Thank you Foxborough for a pleasant renting experience.
My mailbox was broken into this week. The office did not even communicate regarding this. I inquired and told to go to the post office and collect my mail if I wanted to. No concern, empathy or even concern. No eta on when they will be fixed !! Cars were being broken in to. They stated an undercover cop would be parolling. Well this did not take place. Just not safe anymore. Management must have taken place. Complex has gone downhill. Just really messy.
I've been living in this apartment for 7 months, and I have never in my life seen a more poorly managed rental community. When I moved in, my dishwasher did not work and leaked repeatedly, The refrigerator froze all food even when put on the lowest temperature. Being a flight attendant, I got this apartment, because of it's proximity to the airport, but it is truly not worth the trouble. I would rather drive further to avoid coming home to the leaking refrigerators. As of today, I have reported my refrigerator and dishwasher more than 4x's, and the problem has yet to be resolved. The office staff is never available and ignores phone calls and messages. They also change office hours on a whim with the only notice being a piece of paper of the office door. The staff does not communicate with each other, so you can get completely different answers and promises from each person and neither one knows who said what and when. Last but not least, THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH ROACHES. There are a lot of people in the airline industry that live here and I have heard from multiple people that they have been to the office several times to complain about the ROACHES & BUGS. My friend in the neighboring building had the same issue and reported it multiple times and they have yet to resolve the issue. I to this day have requested pest control (which is included in monthly rent) multiple times. Even showing management a recorded video of the roaches having a ROACH PARTY in our pantry. The only response I have received is that they switched pest control companies and they will be out next week. They have a terrible stray cat problem. Literally cats everywhere in the parking lot and all throughout the complex. Sometimes I come out and see the cats sitting on peoples cars which often leads to scratches on your vehicle. I could really go on and on. Its a good price for the space, but with all the problem it's really unhealthy and unsafe to stay here until they get these roaches and pest under control!
Its one of the better maintained apartments in the area and although it was a bit pricey, I thought it was worth it when I first moved in couple of years ago. First red flag was that my apartment was not ready on the day of move-in. They did not even have the carpets in. I had scheduled the deliveries for that day so since there were no carpets on the floor, everything got shoved in the kitchen and I had to move everything again all by myself. I asked why it wasnt ready and they said by law they had till 5pm on the day of move-in. Never heard of anyone waiting till 5pm on move in date. When it was finally "ready" the carpets were uneven and torn all along the edges, there was a wood panel that was bent and sticking out, making a hole big enough for my cat to crawl in under the cabinets. Paint job was a mess, bathroom was not even clean and there was a giant hole on the storage door they didnt even fix. I addressed all these issues and took pictures so they dont blame these on me. They got the panel fixed, but nothing else. They have a 48hr maintenance policy, but they are not always followed. The area is old and have many plumbing issues. Expect to have water turned off at least once a month to "fix" leaks, dont know why they can never seem to actually have it fixed. Parking was ok in the beginning (lot has pot holes here and there and they only got some fixed recently), but with their occupancy growing, they started getting ridiculous. They changed their towing company about 3 times in the past two years, which meant they had to issue different color parking stickers. First, only covered parking needed stickers, then everyone had to get stickers, then you could get reserved stickers, and now they're back to only covered and reserved parking needs stickers. They recently made visitor parking spots and if open parking lot is full and you dont have covered parking, you are not allowed to park in the visitor spots. You can try to reason with the management, but dont bother. They will never take responsibilities for anything and they're oblivious to any complaints as you can see from other reviews on the internet. Only reason I stayed an extra year was because they agreed to not raise my rent if I renewed, but it still ended up going up anyway because they tacked on extra new fees. Overall, you certainly dont get what you paid for here. Better off in a nicer area like Las Colinas and actually get what you paid for.
It's a nice neighborhood in the heart of Irving. Neighbors are nice, and maintenance is very efficient. The buildings are on the older side, but they give it a homey, cozy feel. Rent is affordable. I can't complain.
