Great tenants & landlords working together

I recommend my apartment/condo rental complex for the affordable rent in a very expensive DC housing market, the spacious and upgraded units that are more condos & lofts then apartments, the friendly and family orientated neighbors and our landlord/management - who do a great job keeping our complex beautiful, very clean, in excellent condition & they make sure they rent to like minded neighbors so that our small gated community complex of 6 buildings - stays a connected community. Most of the neighbors In our complex have been their well over 5 years, some over 10 - 15 years. Forest Cove Condos - It's a place you do not mind calling home for the rest of your life if necessary. I have lived there for over 5 years with my 2 teenage children who are now young adults and living away from home, my son in the Navy, my daughter is freshman in college - our spacious duplex & quiet building was a wonderful home for this single mom to prepare her teenagers for their next level of life and to now live as an empty nester.
