Roaches, disgusting people, leaks, tub clogged when we first moved in. I wouldn't recommend this garbage for anyone.
I currently live here and it is so nasty.The apartment is roach infested. I can't wait to move in January.
These apartments are great. Nice neighborhood with a variety of people, who watch over each other. No worries at all, pet friendly also. No loud noises and parties. These are are spacious and comfortable with near by shopping stores, gas stations, laundry, schools and much more. I give them a ten star.
Falling Creek Apartments is a great place to call home. Falling Creek has a convenient Southside location off of Chippenham Parkway in Richmond, making any commute a breeze. Offering 1 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom townhomes.
This apartment complex, though not perfect; is good for the price and excellent for the scenery. The apartment itself, is well structured and designed. The Office Staff and the Service Staff, always do a good job help maintaining the up keep on the apartment and the outside grounds as well. As far as outside, there is a park, right here at Falling Creek; which is perfect for taking time to yourself and family time as well. It truly is like having the world at your feet.
