This is perfect situation here for me. Freedom to participate or not in any activities. The staff and residents are friendly kind and helpful. First time to live in area other than individual home and I am really enjoying it.

I absolutely love living here. I've lived here for close to three years. The development has a beautiful pool and courtyard with two large outdoor grills. My family loves to come over for a cookout and pool party. I love all the activities available to everyone. It is so nice that a resident can get to know each other in so many ways.

Love the convenience to everything, hospital , er, restaurants, shopping, expressways etc.

Overall it’s a nice place to live, but pricey for the size of the units and amenities offered.

I love the security, social life, and general all around of Everleigh CS. I have been happy for the 4 years I have been a resident. It is quiet at night, activities and facilities for days, and special events. Great place for the money, making new friends, and just love nice pool.

I looked at three other places and I'm so glad I chose everleigh. the lady in charge is very nice and helpful.the place is very clean.VERY INPORTENT.

We love our new home here at Everleigh. It already feels like home in only 2 weeks. We love the fellowship we find at the breakfast that is served each morning. We get to know the neighbors.

EVERLEIGH cool springs is a lovely, friendly and beautiful place to live for seniors 55 and over. We are very active residents and enjoy all the activities we can partake in. So one can be as active or not as they want to be. Our maintenance Service is excellent and friendly and willing and ready to help out when needed. The management is also there when you need services. I have lived here for almost 3 yrs.and would not want to live anywhere else. We are also very well located and Convenient for every need you might have. Come take a look at this lovely senior Resident and you will be very well pleased and want to join us in all the pleasures of senior living.

I have lived here for over two years and love it. There have been many changes in personnel and policies, but it is still good. I love my apartment and the little yard. Friends and all the variety of activities available are what really make this the place to live. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool, hot tub, and grilling area are wonderful in the summer. I am very happy and plan on living here for many years.

I have lived at Everleigh for almost 4 years. I love the security, other tenants are my age group, the yoga and exercise facilities. This is a very friendly and caring group of people. Except to shop, we would never have to be outside……get mail, haircuts, exercise inside. Our maintenance people and staff are very approachable.

This is a unique living facility for those over 55. It is attractive, comfortable and convenient. Compared to facilities with one or more meals per day it is a bargain. Well appointed kitchens make meals easy to prepare. It is a pleasant environment.

We moved in, my wife Bunny, myself and our dog, Brandi. We have been able to meet new people and been made to feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Overall I like my community. The staff is easy to work with and the residents with few exceptions are wonderful, intelligent people who care about each other.

Our community is unique in the friendships that thrive here and the kindness and helpfulness of the residents and the staff. Common areas are kept clean and are very attractive. Activities are varied and many. It is a pleasant and comfortable place to live.

This is a beautiful adult apartment with a very large selection of activities for everyone. There are also many educational programs in the beautiful theatre. In the summer the pool is amazing. In the winter you can enjoy the firepit, including Smores some evenings. Tuesday's Happy Hour is a favorite for everyone. I have danced more since moving here than I have in years. I lived in Sun City Hilton Head before moving here. Everleigh is the same concept in a much more intimate environment. You have it all here without having to drive anywhere.

I enjoy the Everleigh community being a recent widow, have made new friends and am slowly getting involved in activities offered. I realize transitions take time and I hope that new Mgt will be as good as Avenida was when I moved here a year ago.

One of the best aspects of living at Everleigh is maintenance problems. You make your request and the problem for me has been handled in a timely and professional manner. Residents are very welcoming and inviting. Lack of responsibility for house and lawn are gone. Enjoying my life.

It has not been the best experience with maintenance, and other things. All the reasons I moved here (arts/crafts) were ended after 6 months. Place has gone down hill since the activities director left.

My wife and I love living here. The facilities are lovely and staff has always been responsive to our needs. The sense of community is its strongest point as we age. The variety of activities offer choice but need to continue to grow in scope. The Director is always open to listening to wants and needs. At the outset Greystar did not see the need for a receptionist at the front desk, but some attention has been given to that need. That is a priority among residents for communication and safety. The transition to Greystar management was difficult but seems to be settling as staff is hired and trained. We are optimistic about the future.

I love my new home here. I have such a wonderful array of friends and activities, which bring us together frequently. I am fortunate to have a nice courtyard for my little dog.

The sound-proofing of the apartments.is super (my hearing is very good). Also, the screening of applicants is obviously well done. I have never had the slightest negativity with any resident.

My experience is with my 91 y/o mother. She partakes in no activities because of of her limited mobility so I can’t comment .She is doing well, is very independent and continues to enjoy family and Great Grandchildren. We love the access to her apartment and her outside entrance. Thank you, Joy B.

The Everleigh Cool Springs is a very friendly & convenient 55 Apartment Community in the Cool Springs area of Franklin TN which provides fully Independent Living in a pleasant and safe environment for its residents.
