      Named for the towering rock formation that rises above the neighborhood, Lone Mountain is a quintessential Las Vegas community. Stucco homes with terracotta roofs stand behind succulent gardens, with the 600 ft. tall Lone Mountain visible from most places in the area.

      The mountain is actually a large asset for the area, providing just over two miles of trials for hikers, bikers, and horseback riders. It provides stunning views of the landscape it overlooks, including the Las Vegas Strip.

      I moved into Estancia Apartments in April 2025, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience so far. The staff has been friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, the response has been quick and efficient, which I really appreciate. The apartment itself suits all my needs it’s comfortable, well-maintained, and feels like home. I’m truly happy I chose to live here!

      Great Community in Vegas

      I've lived at Estancia for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it! The leasing team is friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance always resolves issues within a day. My neighbors are respectful and courteous, making for a great community atmosphere. I also appreciate the consistent security presence and the well-maintained gates—both of which can be major concerns at other apartments in Vegas. Plus, I’ve never had an issue with bugs, which is a huge relief. My only complaint is that the rent feels a bit high considering the outdated kitchen and bathroom.

      Great place to live!

      I lived here for 5 years and enjoyed my time. The 2nd floor apartment was spacious with vaulted ceilings, and a HUGE patio. The staff was always responsive and made the complex feel like a family-run property. People were VERY nice. There was security walking around at night. My only complaint was the dated cabinets/kitchen floor, but I'm sure some have been updated. I loved the convenient location across the street from the Y for workouts. I had to move out of Vegas for work, but would recommend estancia.

      Love it here

      I have lived here 4 months now and absolutely love it! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The complex is quiet, peaceful, clean and well maintained. Sherry and Kim at the office are awesome and the maintenance staff are terrific! If anything needs to be fixed they take care of it right away and do a great job. Security patrols the premises every night. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is huge, and the kitchen has a ton of counter and cabinet space. Beautiful views of the mountains from my covered patio. Assigned covered parking spaces and can add a garage space if desired. Great location near shopping centers and gas stations, with easy freeway access. Even so, it feels as if you are away from it all when you enter the complex. If you are looking for a quiet, safe place to live where you will feel at home and well taken care of, look no further.

      I've been living here for almost 3yrs, every time something goes wrong, it gets taken care of right away. Apartments and huge and the balconies are the biggest in the city. It makes them seem like they have an actual yard. I have a patio set and bar with tiki lights and stuff. I'll be sticking around for a while!

      6 Years and Counting

      I love living here! I have been a resident for six years and I have never had a bad experience. The management is wonderful! They are warm and inviting and they treat their residents like family. The grounds are always nice and clean and their maintenance staff is great, too. Most of all as a single woman I feel safe living in this community. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment in Las Vegas. Special thanks to Sherry, the apartment manager for making this such a special place to live. Love, love, love.
