don’t move here honestly consistent mildew issue and nobody really cares when an issue occurs it’s not urgency only maintenance & mercdes
I really like my new place . It's very clean and l would like to keep it that way . When l see trash on the sidewalk, l pick it up. The garbage can is nearby . That bothers me when l see trash on the ground. I see the workers cleaning all of the time . We need to keep it clean as a community.

This is my first apartment and this is by far the worst experience I can imagine having with a property. This is the second time I have had an issue with mold engulfing my apartment. No accommodations were made whatsoever and management suggest that I purchase some humidifiers on Amazon and keep my air on auto instead of fan on which is why they stated I am having this issue.

Espria has been an excellent experience. Managers and maintenance are attentive and progressive in the services they provide and the community they serve. The safety concerns I’ve had considering the area have always been addressed appropriately with well received feedback from the management team. Since I moved in to Espria, I have had a wonderful experience. It’s a very beautiful and calm apartment complex. Maintenance is wonderful, the leading team are excellent
When I first moved over there it was a clean environment property was well kept up I met some wonderful manager staff and maintenance guys I knew then that's where I want to live I'm so happy to live here I have great neighbors
Aside from my open service request, I truly enjoy the community and the employees that work here. They're more than willing to assist with anything that is needed. They go above and beyond and make you feel comfortable as well as heard when you express any of your concerns you may have. So far, so good!
Beautiful brand new apartment complex with some great rates. I highly recommend speaking with Emilio at the front office. He’s very approachable, warm and just an outgoing soul that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour that he gave to me. Very knowledgeable and could answer just about any questions regarding the property. I like that I rarely hear my neighbors and there’s plenty of parking.

I love my new apartment and easy access to tollway to get to work. My kids and I love outdoors so I like that it’s in walking distance of a park. The amenities are also nice. Any issues I’ve had, the response time was quick and assured my concerns.
I would recommend everybody to a nice community and quiet a clean environment and safe
