Very seamless process! Staff was helpful and made the experience enjoyable! everything went well and any questions I had were able to be answered staff really went the extra mile to make sure I was knowledgeable and with them every part of the process.

Abundant amenities, great finishes. Apartments are spacious with granite counters, and no carpet! Timely maintenance, garage and covered parking, great location!

You will be extremely pleased with the property, and its proximity to all that suits a person’s lifestyle, as well as the calm of coming home to a peaceful community.

Nice leasing staff, especially the young lady Ingrid. They were thoughtful, helpful and answered all my questions. Loving my new apartment! Spacious, modern, and in a great location. Feels like home already, so happy with the move.

Our experience living here has been super positive. The community feels safe, and we appreciate how close it is to work. We love the pool area but one area that could be improved is the gym, it doesn’t have a lot of essentials equipment but we can still hit a workout there. I would recommend the community to others and plan to continue living here. We love it here!

I've been living here for almost a year now and have no complaints. The maintenance staff is amazing, the neighbors are respectful and friendly. The management is helpful and friendly. I love how efficient the units are in their layouts and planning and the noise-reduction is impressive. In my previous apartment complex the elevators were often inoperable, at Encore Motif in the entire year I've been here, not once did the elevators not work. The management makes sure to communicate when there are any issues and resolve them in a timely and fair manner. There have been times when they were lenient if the trash wasn't picked up by the valet pickup which was outside of the management or resident's control, and they made sure to resolve the issue. Personally, I definitely have had a great experience here.

So smooth every interaction. The atmosphere is impeccable and I could ask for better staff. Having a response to any and everything I need I so refreshing.

It has been wonderful leaving here. I appreciate the staff for how they work hard to ensure the cleanliness of the buildings despite having some tenants who are extremely dirty; not picking up after their pets, leaving spilled liquid on the hallways, and leaving trash. I feel reassured when I see the notices that goes out reiterating the fines associated with these dirty behavior. One has to be strict if you want things to remain clean and orderly. The staff are the reason I have enjoyed my stay so far. I must also add that the maintenance staff are the best of the best.

I’ve lived here for a couple of years now, and I just want to say how truly thankful I am for the support the leasing office has provided throughout my time here. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve always responded promptly and kindly, doing everything they can to help. The office staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. It’s clear they care about the residents and the community. They also do a great job maintaining the property—it’s always well-kept and clean, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I’m grateful to have found a place that feels like home.

Best in the area for value! Interior finishes are nice. My appliances are new. The complex amenities are abundant, and well maintained. Indoor access to everything which is a big deal when it comes to rain and heat!

Toni was fantastic and so helpful. She listened to us and was able to accommodate our needs. She followed up with us to make sure all of the necessary paperwork was submitted properly.

The windows are so dirty never been cleaned the stairwells are disgustingly filthy Dog poop everywhere It was never like this I guess people have moved next door . Very disappointing.The hallways and doors all need paint badly

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I must say I love living here. The amenities are great. I love the little store downstairs and the gym. It’s a beautiful property and I’m glad to call this place home!

The apartment has a great location with convenient access to shops and highways. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-kept, and the community feels safe. Management is mostly responsive. Overall, it’s a decent place to live with room for improvement.

So far, I am loving it here. I must say, the front staff is so nice and really helpful when you need anything: I’m still getting lost a little but I’m Learning.

Solucionan los problemas con rapidez. El conjunto es muy tranquilo, siempre buscan hacer actividades cada mes para los residentes y mantienen las áreas comunes limpias y arregladas. Me gusta este conjunto.

It’s been good not much to complain about so far good community and great parking which is a plus i feel that they can upgrade some amenities

I live very quietly and the place is very nice, my family feels comfortable with everything and when they visit me it makes a great impression on other people.

My fiance and I had been looking for a few months for a new place to live and nearly overlooked this apartment. Everywhere else we looked, we would have had to compromise something. But with this place, wow! No bugs, great utilities, love the amenities, amazing location. We also get so much space for a lot less. We are leasing short-term, but it's still very affordable. The maintenance team was also very kind and efficient when they stopped by to check on some small things. Very nice experience here so far.

Haven’t fully moved in yet but , my process was super smooth and easy with Ellyn and I am so excited to completely move in and join the community

I moved in 8/8/2024. It hasn’t been a week yet, but I love it already. The leasing experience was smooth. The move in was not too bad because of the elevator. The property is beautiful and my unit is beautiful.

Great place to live! It’s always really quiet and the staff is really friendly! The pool and recreation area is kept clean! The neighbors are friendly and quiet.

I've just moved in, and so far I love it! The apartment is beautiful with nice fixtures. Indoor access to all amenities, so I don't have to go outside and walk through the heat or rain to check the mail, or go to the gym, etc. The pool and outdoor cooking space is beautiful. I believe I am going to love it here!

My experience from the beginning was awesome. Toni and Malaysia were both amazing and friendly. I felt at home right away. Great customer service goes a long way. The property is beautiful, even met some of the residents who love living here so that was a plus.

Beautiful place Malayasia and Ellyn are the best. Love the Mid rise feel and the location of the property. Highly recommended to live here. Please if you are looking for a beautiful home this is the place to be without a dought. They have elevators ac hallways resort style pool resident events.
