Horrible property management

Nothing gets repaired or replaced in a professional or timely manner. Big increase with lease renewals. New management came here from California. For the money, you can find a much better managed property.

Great Small Community

The Enclaves is a small community with great management and peaceful atmosphere. Close to both mayor highways in the heart of The Lakes and next to Summerlin, is location is best to none. My apartment has the most beautiful views and the sunlight makes it both cozy and fresh. I wish I could live here forever!
