My family of 3 and I just moved here and we already plan to renew our lease because of how nice the complex is. The owners of the property are very kind and willing to accommodate their tenants the best way possible. The apartment complex is overall clean, quiet, and well maintained by the owners. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh start or comfortable living environment.
I would recommend Emory at Canal to anyone! These apartments are very well maintained and it shows that the owners really care about the environment they create and provide for their tenants. Nikki is the best! Communication, customer service, and professionalism is 10 out of 10! I never imagined myself living in an apartment, but things don’t always go as planned. I needed a place asap because of hurricane damage to my home and Nikki and Bradley got my family in a unit within days! The customer service I was shown by Nikki is something I’ve never experienced. She got us in a unit, in a timely manner and took care of all of my concerns. My family is forever grateful.

We love this apartment complex! It’s peaceful for the most part, the management has been great to us, the apartments themselves are nice. The rent is affordable compared to most other apartments these days. I would definitely recommend do you to stay here if you’re already interested!
Good location. Close to downtown, good service reliable they always fulfill my request for repairs or improvements.
The complex is small and everyone who lives there you will recognize or know. Maintenance is fast 99% of time (a few hours or less). The managers are always available to text with maintenance issues. The complex’s secured parking and the cameras would make Ft Knox envious. Two schools, a 24 gas station and a snack restaurant across street. Utilities are included except electric. The apartments are within about 20min of EVERYTHING. I have lived here 2 years I can’t find any issues except small laundry room.

I have lived at Emory at Canal for 2 years and it's been good. If there are any issues management will respond right away! The property manager is great and she is very understanding! I love the fact that water is included and the apartments are gated in. Very close to public transportation and downtown.

This property has been great since they got the current management team last year. The new management team knows every tenant by name. All repair requests got done correctly and quickly. Best value apartment in this area.
