The community is perfect for young professionals! It’s quiet, it’s clean, and the community neighbors are very respectful. My only concern is the gated dog park area. It is very muddy and I think that should be addressed.

The best thing about this APT is they do valet for trash. It's good for busy households. This property is also gated 24/7 to keep residents safe.

I just moved in and everything has been amazing! My apartment and the amenities are beautiful and the leasing and maintenance staff have been so helpful!
Love it here, the office staff Maria, Ashley, Bri and Lauren have always been amazing and welcoming. The housekeeper Maria is the sweetest every morning when I leave to work I see her cleaning with a smile on her face. Maintenance is an amazing I love that they follow up to make sure everything is fine after completing a work order. Beautiful community close to anything that you can possibly think of, I’m so happy that I get to call this place my home.
I moved in over the weekend and the staff was very helpful! And I never felt like I was misinformed or lacking any logistics. Excited to be apart of this community!
I moved in recently and have had a great experience so far! Brianne and Lauren were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I got a 1st floor 1 bedroom apartment with a great yard for my dog which is the best part! All of the appliances in my apartment are stainless steel and seem almost brand new! I was also able to rent a personal garage right next to my apt which makes everyday life so much easier! I recommend Lincoln Heights and the staff is great!
Apartment community is great! It is filled with very young adults. The apartments is located in a very great location as well. Can’t wait to start living here!

The application and move-in process was seamless. This was my first time moving without any large items so I was able to handle the move-in checklist pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my unit was not ready for move-in. There was food droppings left in the food warmer drawer of the stove, the microwave was dirty, all of my closet doors fell off in my secondary bedroom. The shower head popped off mid shower during my first shower. The fridge is making a loud humming noise and one of the bedroom doors won’t lock. My kitchen sink water pressure is low and won’t drain. I hope this isn’t a precursor into a bad lease. I currently have 9 work orders pending.

I adore my flat! The location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries, retail establishments, and public transportation. The pool and fitness center in particular are excellent features. The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. Nice place but not much communication with us moving in. We had to figure most things out on our own. Complex is dog friendly and staff is nice.

Living here isn’t terrible, but there are several ongoing issues that make it hard to fully enjoy the experience. • Inconsistent Staffing: The leasing office is constantly staffed by temporary workers, making it hard to address concerns effectively. •Building Maintenance Issues: The hallways are rarely cleaned, Doors still have painting tape left from a job completed over 45 days ago. •Landscaping Problems: The grass is often muddy due to a poor sprinkler system, which detracts from the overall appearance. •Access Issues: The call box for my building has been nonfunctional since I moved in (May 2023), making it impossible for guests or even residents without a key fob to enter. •Neglected Cleanliness: Maintenance staff frequently walk past trash in the hallways instead of picking it up. Spills or messes on the floor can remain for several days before being addressed. While the location and convenience are good, I’m starting to question whether it’s worth renewing my lease.

My experience here has been great so far, maintenance team is doing great at following up request and has a good experience with the leasing team as well. The only thing I dont like is the tenant behavior that leave their pet poopoo without putting it to trash, but I think its a work in progress.

Front office is great! If I have a question, I could always ask them. Pest control, maintenance all 5 stars. Only four stars because I would really like to see both gates to the property work. Especially since the front one breaks often enough.

Amazing so far, though I just moved in about a week ago. Very quiet community. I really appreciate the peaceful environment, as it allows me to unwind after a long day. I also love the natural surroundings and the beautiful landscaping around the area. It's been a great experience getting to know my neighbors and feeling welcomed into this community.

Overall good experience so far, some minor kinks along the way with callbox not working, too much dog poop not being cleaned up around the area and mushrooms in dog park / grass areas, and some other minor issues.

Leasing events are missed, gave me a chance to meet neighbors! There has also been a lot of trash in the halls (singular pieces) and they are left there for days, I’ve seen maintenance workers walk past items day after day and the halls need to be mopped more frequently. there are stains being left in the halls for days at a time. The elevator is always broken in building 1. The leasing team isn’t friendly at all, you can walk into the leasing office and no one say anything…a good morning or afternoon or even a smile of acknowledgment is enough, but for us to be living here and the leasing staff isn’t approachable is wild to me. I’m not saying hold a conversation every single time but feeling comfortable with apt staff is a major factor in longevity for me!

I love how quick management sends the maintenance team to my unit when I request a service. They get the job done right then and there. And in such a great mood too.

It was a lot better living here before the change in ownership. I’m definitely not renewing this year which is sad because I really liked it. :(
Very clean nice apartments staff and overall great design The staff is very helpful and the biz lounge is great if you need to jump on a pc or print Pool is amazing and can not wait for the summer
Love being a tenant here. The staff in the Leasing Office are all so fantastic to work/communicate with. Maintenance requests get resolved quickly. The tenants are pleasant. Overall fantastic tenant experience for me so far.
The staff at Lincoln Heights has been wonderful since day one. Apartments are spacious/amenities are pretty good. My complaint isnt with the complex but the neighbors. Dog poop piles all over the property. constantly stepping in piles of dog poop. I've seen a guys dog poop right next to the doggy bag station. he left the poop on the ground. bags are always stocked! A man lives on the second floor next to the mail room, 1 of the dogs (small black/tan)that he lets out on the balcony/lets it go pee out there. Pee water falls down the balcony. smells so bad right next to the mail room. A couple who lives on the first floor. the porch is directly across from the pool. white husky they own never is let out on the porch/pees out there. every time I walk past it’s smells so bad of urine. Spacious courtyards but I never use them due to how much dog poop is there. Including the dog park. Trash pick up is inconsistent. Put out on set days it doesn’t get picked up. Comes too early or next AM.
Great leasing staff to work with! Maintenance team is prompt and efficient as well! Good value for the money as well (square footage, amenities, etc.).
I love these apartments everyone is so friendly and the community is really nice. There's many things to do here and it's very lovely. I've only been here for a couple of months but it's the best apartments that I lived in.
Great location with competitive pricing. In unit storage space could be better, but overall nice place to live. Great location for pets. Nice sized dog park and near lots of great walking trails.
My girlfriend and I have been here for a little over a month and have loved it. The apartment complex is quiet and kept clean in all the public areas, residents here have been nice and courteous. There is a security guard that you actually see patrolling the parking lot at night, as well as walking the hallways at times. Maintenance has always came same day as the request was put in.

Moved in yesterday so far everything was a smooth transition and process. The hallways did smell good and we found our apartment super clean so it was easy for us to feel at home.

The staff here is very helpful and they send you everything you need to move. The property is also very clean and well maintained. The maintenance team responds to request fast and efficiently.

I like living here, It might not be the most luxurious apartment but they have exactly what you’ll need to make this place you’re home. Has a gym, pool , and security. Which is amazing for what you’re paying .Staff and maintenance are extremely nice and helpful . It’s perfect if you’re starting out to living alone . I would live here for a good while everything about it is good.

The staff was very friendly. The apartment was clean. So I had a very smooth time moving in. I just have an issue with being able to open the gate from my phone.

This community is amazing. The leasing office people are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is nice. We have had no problems since moving in. My only complaint is the halls smell but I know you can't control that.

My lease is coming to an end soon, but I have enjoyed living at Lincoln Heights for the most part. The staff was pretty decent for the most part… just don’t have a missing package. They mysteriously disappear from the hub without a trace. The tire/rim theft is real. I’ve witnessed so many vehicles being hit. They have gotten security since then. Lots of the tenants are super lazy when it comes to picking up after their pets. It would probably help if the staff provided cleaning stations inside the building. It was definitely time for change.

This place is my worst nightmare. The leasing agent are never helpful. It makes a lot of sense why people are always moving in and out with a lot of empty space. Hopefully they return my security deposit

I've enjoyed living here. The community is great and staff are all very friendly. When there was an issue with neighbor, staff immediately addressed the problem and provided a response.
