I am having a great time here. Management is better than most places I’ve been and things get fixed quick around here. I have no complaints so far

Living at Eastshore at Lake Carolyn in Irving has been such a peaceful and convenient experience. The lake views are beautiful — morning walks around the water and watching the sunsets from the balcony never get old.

We’ve lived here for a little over 9 months and have really enjoyed being here. The area is beautiful and apartments have been great to us. Definitely grateful we chose Eastshore as our home!

Love the apartment, and easy access to the lake. Absolutely love the mini self serve Market. Staff is super helpful and responsive . Absolutely quiet and peaceful corridors .

I like the property, it’s very well maintained. The maintenance is very prompt and professional and resolve all reported issues very quickly. I like the facilities and that residents have an opportunity to interact in the community spaces

This is honestly a really good place to live. Considering it’s a large community, it is generally very quiet, the building works hard to listen to resident feedback and keep the common areas very clean. It has a spectacular pool. Trash pick up at your door. Great support from the front office when you need help, direction or other. I think because of the popularity of Eastshore they could add a treadmill and make sure the grills are all functional outside. Other than those minor things, it has been a wonderful experience for us after two years.

I have recently moved into these beautiful apartments and my experience has been great so far. Emma was great and explained everything in detail (she is really so professional and sweet). She also follows up with you to assist you in a way! Miguel has also been helpful, which is appreciated. I am excited to continue my journey here and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that asks. 5 stars from me.

Living at Eastshore on Lake Carolyn has been an incredible experience. The location is perfect—peaceful views of the lake with easy access to restaurants, walking trails, and everything Las Colinas has to offer. The amenities are top-notch, from the resort-style pool to the modern fitness center and co-working spaces. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the whole property is always clean and well-maintained. I truly feel at home here and highly recommend Eastshore to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

Great move in experience and open communication with leasing office. Clean apartment on move in and so far quiet indoor hallways. Close to a shopping plaza with small shops and restaurants with ample, free parking in a parking garage. Next to the DART station, was initially worried about train noise, but haven’t noticed it at all.

Spacious & modern with great amenities! Friendly staff, secure building, and quiet neighbors. Close to shops & transit. Only downside: slow maintenance.

I'd say the experience here is pretty good. I feel like it is a bit pricey, but the price matches all the other new apartments in the area. The layouts are fairly spacious, and the builds are modern which is nice. Sure there are minor things to complain about, but nothing to knock it down a star. I think the things I would complain about are the bathroom ventilation - it is not designed well, so it gets overly humid and even will build up some pink mildew from this. I clean it weekly and leave the vent fan on for an hour after a shower but it doesn't really help. But if I ever need maintenance, they are quick to respond! I also appreciate the communication about when we have certain inspections. Everyone who works here is friendly and quick to respond. I will say that there are monthly charges that weren't really explicitly shown during the tour (about $20-50 extra). I expect this at any complex owned by a large corporation that wants our money though.

Miguel was amazing in helping us get the apartment! He had so much patience with us. The only downside is how dirty the apartment was when we first moved in and how the walls have lots of chips, the ceiling and the floors have patches, and the cabinets and doors squeak.

Worked with Miguel & Emma during my tour of the apartments and now moved in they made such an exceptional experience for us. If you’re looking for a great place and environment this is definitely the place.

Great place :) Excelent attention and service. Good and clean spaces and rooms. The leasing experience was top and everything was handled patiently and comprehensive.

Electric vehicle parking is very limited, with only two chargers. EV owners would leave their vehicles parked at the EV charging area throughout the day when they finished charging. Finding available charging is a constant nightmare. I hope management will install more chargers instead of ignoring this problem.

I had a great experience with the leasing office during my move-in. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, guiding me through each step of the process and addressing any questions I had. Their support made the move-in smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their assistance!

I love living at Eastshore on Lake Carolyn. The office staff and building engineers are amazing. I just renewed my lease again. I feel very safe and the amenities are awesome.

Feels like home!!! Amenities are top tier and I love taking walks by the lake! I love my new apartment! The leasing office managers are so helpful and attend to all my requests to make sure my stay is perfect!

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive and very helpful. I feel safe living there. I’ve lived in many complexes in the Las Colinas area over the years and this is by far my favorite complex.

When looking for a place to move I knew Eastshore would be the way to go. Everyone has been super helpful with the moving process and I couldn’t be anymore thankful

if you are looking for a simple apartment complex, this one is just fine. but for the price you pay, dont expect great amenities or a new gym. yoga mats are ripped and cheap, pool is absolutely filthy (look at the tiles) and you never see anyone actually cleaning it. the staff is nice and maintenance is quick and super nice. zero community events, just crappy food trucks every thursday, wish they would offer more than that. lobby always smells like bleach. you are expected to pay $30 a month for the trash service but it doesnt run on Fri & Sat and most times, you will miss the hours or they wont take it bc it is too heavy, you're better off walking down the hall yourself.

Great location, clean building, and kind staff. There is a great walking path around the lake and restaurants within walking distance. Apartments are relatively quiet and very pet friendly.

I’ve never moved into an apartment and not felt the need to deep clean and scrub every surface. Eastshore made my move in process so easy by having a spotless unit for me to move into on time. I’m really looking forward to my time here!

Nice quiet community with friendly neighbors. We just moved here and so far the community manager, maintenance , and neighbors have been great. The aptI moved out not is clean and well maintained. So far, so good. Also love walking by the lake. Welcome home!

Nice complex nice amenities and designs not too expensive for the quality of units and common areas parking is pretty good and feels safe overall

Great place to live. Rarely any noise and if you live on the lake side, you have some amazing views. Maintenance is great at promptly address any issues

I have been staying in eastshore for past 5 years and i have been liking it everyday. The apartment is little pricey for the lake view but worth it :) I love the way how you can access the lake for a quick walk and will miss this if I would move away from this apartment.

I’m continually impressed by the quality of the amenities here. We now have a restored gym with updated cardio machines. And we have noticed the garage area is kept consistently cleaned out. Little things matter. We have also discovered some new eateries within walking distance of the Eastshore that are really nice. Happy we chose this place!

Great apartment community. Safe and plenty of things to do in the area. I love to run by the lake. Maintenance is always prompt and outstanding. Units are modern and beautiful and fairly priced! Looking forward to renewing my lease!

Great location. Feel safe and not a bad view. Easy walk to restaurants and some of Las Colinas main attractions. Property has all of the necessary amenities. Some of them could be improved (coffee machine)

This apartment complex is great, which is hard to believe when you have read thousands of reviews for hundred of places. The staff is nice, maintenance is quick and they are very personable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Building is clean and all amenities are modern. The location is great, close to highways and grocery stores. Would recommend.

I’ve been living in these apartments for 3 full weeks and I love it so far. Emma has been incredibly helpful and so nice since the first interaction we had. The amenities are great, and I love the direct access pathway to walk along the lake. I would recommend this place to live.

If you’re looking for an Apartment with a waterfront view and excellent amenities then the wait is over! They always have cool events for the residents and you can't beat the area/location! It's walking distance to some great restaurants, great view of Lake Carolyn, walking distance to The Toyota Music Factory for concerts.

My move in process was great. Emma was great at communicating the requirement and process through out the way. The community is quite peaceful and have great amenities.

I have lived here for almost 4 months. Maintenance gives a quick response, community is friendly, noise is very rarely an issue, and the amenities are top-notch. I have no complaints!

Staff and management always helpful and friendly. The grounds are kept and clean. Great location. The complex is quiet. No complaints. Nice pool and amenities.

Great place to live, clean and feel safe. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff is always on top. Only thing is manager does not like to buy coffee for the coffee machine.

The staff is very kind and helpful! The apartment community rooms are always clean and there is never too many people in there where you cannot use it!

Very great place to live, management is super nice, tenants are nice and maintenance is always quick. Garage is well lit, many spaces to park. Community cleans up after their dogs, nice rooms with updated features.

I love the apartment! I live on the fifth floor and the views of the lake and city skyline are amazing. I feel like I got one of the better pools In the area too!

Been here since 2020 and I doubt I’ll be leaving anytime soon. Love the building, amenities and my apartment! The new coffee machine is the cherry on top tho!
