Situated less than 10 minutes from the heart of Alexandria and 10 miles south of Washington, DC, Eisenhower East/ Carlyle District is an urban neighborhood between Interstate 495 and Highway 236. Although small, this community is full of commercial spaces. Hoffman Town Center, a large shopping mall, makes up the western side of town while hotels, office spaces, and government buildings can be found in the middle of the neighborhood. Restaurants and cafes centered around John Carlyle Square are situated in the eastern corner of the neighborhood. More features of the community include the African American Heritage Park and a few other parks that dot the town. Thanks to its central location and great amenities, there are several choices of apartments and condos ranging from luxury to moderately priced places.

The leasing office has been terrible and never gets back to me. My lease was broken multiple times and I never received the referral bonus I was promised. It took 7 months to get a gift card I was supposed to get after 2 months. Leasing staff does not call or email back. They are now trying to raise my rent for my upcoming renewal. Not impressed.
It’s been a great 2 years here. I am going to miss it. I loved feeling safe and it’s a great environment for families and dogs. I loved wine night and the peaceful atmosphere.

We’ve been here 6 months and really enjoy living here! One of our favorite features is the floor to ceiling windows. The concierges do an awesome job and are so helpful! We also love being able to walk out to lots of local restaurants within a block or two, and it’s so convenient being near 95 and the metro.

There are many great aspects of living at Easton. The exercise area and recreation areas are fabulous and well-maintained. What they are lacking at Easton is compensated for by access to the recreation area next door at Dylan which has billiards and table tennis. The view of the masonic temple out of one side of the building is fabulous. If a person is sensitive to sounds, they may not like the proximity to the train lines and issues related to vents constantly running in the kitchen and bathrooms.

All the recommendations and checklists prior to move-in were so helpful! The apartment was spotless, and the leasing office and concierge were incredibly patient in answering all our questions as brand new residents. Also met a few neighbors who were very friendly and welcoming. Happy to make The Easton our new home ??
By far the best place I have lived. Not only are the apartments modern and updated but the concierge staff are amazing. Parker and Tommy organize multiple events for the residents such as group fitness classes and resident happy hours.

Easton at Carlyle Crossing is an amazing place to live! We feel like we are on vacation everyday. Beautiful apartment with awesome amenities. Our favorite is the rooftop terrace. It is such a beautiful retreat you forget you are living in the city. The coffee/wine bar and events are so fun and we are meeting lots of our neighbors. It is a great community feel. All the staff are great from leasing to housekeeping. Shout out to the best Concierge staff ever especially Parker, Tommy and Akia! They are so helpful and do whatever they can for you to make this a great place to live.
