The pools are always broken and when they’re not broken they are dirty and locked up they let kids trash the place even your mail is not safe people are breaking into mailboxes. The front security is a joke they let anybody in with no verification my apartment was able to get robbed and security couldn’t help with nothing The only thing they are good for is keeping Chains on the pool. You’re lucky if you get a unit that doesn’t have roaches because they don’t do nothing about them, they make sure the outside is fumigated more than they spend time in the actual apartment

They let the tenants get away with making the property disgusting without saying a thing.I was so embarrassed having my family visits for the 4th of July only to have them see trash, dirty diapers, glass etc. I’ve told the office countless times about the trash and they don’t do anything, they actually gave me attitude. I hate living here but can’t afford to move. It’s a beautiful property but they are running it into the ground.
This apartment complex is a joke. Management is hard to communicate with, and have no follow through. They pretty much don’t care. Security is a joke. Maintenance takes forever. Kids are always out walking on the street. There’s no crosswalk for them and they on purpose walk in front of cars. I was warned about this place but my boyfriend wanted to move in and we did. So glad our lease ended and now we left! If I could give negative stars I would.
It's getting hot and they dont want to fix the pools. Office people spend more time ignoring you than actually fixing anything, very rude. Police constantly in here. Usual scene is excessive police numbers drawn on suspect, who happens to be in front of apartments. A service call takes an excessive amount of time. Mail boxes are broken into frequently.
I lived here for 6 months and broke my lease because I was robbed 2 times by neighbors. Also someone was shot on property and another lady was killed... the police that came told me to move because it’s the worst complex in Las Vegas....
I have had a terrible experience the entire time I was trying to apply they did not have a list of apartments available at all and never give calls back then I couldnt have the apartment by the move in date (transfer from a sister location) saying theyre waiting from my last apartment even though my last apartment said we were good to go a week before the move in date and when I asked to cancel and have my holding fee back it's taken them longer than a month to mail me my money back I'm still waiting they always have some excuse or another to not get their work done and it's always someone else's fault and they keep contradicting themselves
Violent crime, awful staff, bed bugs, roaches, spiders , carpet smells awful
So at this time i have lived in Eagle Trace for almost a year. I concider myself an easy going guy but this place is horrible. Throught the year i have been here multible apartment units have been broken into. Security is very rude and sleeps on the job with the gate open. The office workers are very rude and talk down to you. On top of that they are always doing some type of inconvenient repain. They have repaved the rodes 2 times closing the main entrance they shut my water off 3 times in about a month to work on plumming. The place is dirty and no one is respectfull. I have been stalked by the maintace porter while walking my dogs(yes i do clean up after them) just to make sure i clean up after them.
First, I must say, without a doubt the Eagle Trace Apartments are the best choice I could have made out of all the other apartments I looked at before moving in. The staff and management are n fact very friendly, very patient especially in hearing out a tenants concerns. I became severely disabled several months into my lease and I was so surprised at how well these wonderful people took such great care of me especially as a veteran. One can't beat the prices especially with such great floor plans, free water and garbage. Utilities and all are very reasonable. Anytime I had a concern, the management or agents at the front office were always right on it and always very helpful and very fast to help in any matters or concerns I had. As far as complaints of things like scorpions, etc, you will find that scorpions are pretty much everywhere in the Las Vegas area. I did find a few in my apartment when I first moved in but the management were very fast to make sure to spray and set out traps and I haven't seen another scorpion since now for at least six months. The scorpions that are found are for the most part non deadly and rarely cause serious problems that are known as Bark Scorpions. The management has taken very good control over that situation. Also, I especially want to thank Mike at the front office for his understanding and patience with me in my misunderstanding I had that turned out to be my fault. One thing is for sure, if a tenant has a problem of any kind, all they need do is simply speak with the agents at the front office and they will find the problem solved in no time. Great floor plans and wonderful service, staff and management. Located in a really great area next to Nellis Air Force Base, this is a very secure and excellent community in which I am very happy now I chose to live in.
I have lived in Eagle Trace for a number of years. I would say some of the staff is somewhat rude. You call to talk to them about an issue that is affecting you in your apartment, and they just brush you off. They always says they will talk to the manager, but never get back to you. I had one of the office people hank up on me. They don't want to be bothered with you on issues you are having with other neighbors. They are also scorpions that get into the apartments on a regular basis. I am thinking of moving soon.
Our apartment is absolutely perfect. We decided to make a change in life and move 2500 miles away from our family in upstate NY and move to las Vegas Nevada. We came here blinded and within a week found a beautiful apartment complex that is a gated community. There was a few minor repairs we had to do when we first moved in but now 3 months later its perfect! The staff here are great and the security is even better!
When I first arrived to view this complex I Loved all the trees and being from Las Vegas you don't usually see that hence the fact that we're a desert lol but any way I also loved that when I went to the office everyone was friendly and excited to help you and upon reviewing the apartment I thought they were very nice although I was supposed to get a duplicate of the one shown the one that I ended up with was slightly different ...I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex when ever I needed something fixed it was done at a timely manner and I would refer anyone to live here...
I am 25 I been on my own since I was 18 this is like my 8th or 9th this apartment Eagle trace apartments in the best apartment I've ever stayed in I was 18 I love it it has everything I want it has 5 swimming pools some of the swimming pools have hot tubs It has to workout facilities lots of gym equipment 24 hours 24-hour security on site that walk around the property and 24-hour security in the front entrance very safe affordable has move in specials my bathtub has a Jacuzzi style tub and also has tucsonaz can't get any better the rent is very cheap can't beat it the amount that I pay here at Eagle trace I would be paying at least 1100 or more when I was living in Chicago shopping is around the corner 5 minutes away Walmart 7-eleven across the street casinos are in the area restaurants also washer and dryer inside the unit and Free to wash and dry
Hello, my name is Tessie Douglas and I live her in Eagle Trace apartment. Its a nice place to live its quite place, neighbor is friendly and its safe to live. Its a walking distance to Nellis Air force base.
Place is pretty much quiet at night . Security is nice at the gate . Very secure and I'm glad they check whose coming in and out of the complex . Office workers are very happy and patient . The only thing I can complain about is getting my apartment on time maintenance was taking their time to get the apartment ready and my apartment was given away twice but no problems after getting in . Apartments very spacious and had no complaints of appliances since moved in beginning of 2014
I moved into Eagle Trace Apartments 4 years ago. I moved there for a multitude of reasons. The complex itself was clean with lots of grass and trees. Being from the south, I was drawn to this as opposed to desert landscaping that a lot of other complexes have. I also saw that it was quiet and peaceful. The management seemed attentive and helpful and being a vet I received an additional discount on the rent. The first 3 years were very pleasant and I had no complaints. However in the last year the staff has become brusque and pretty much ignore any complaints or issues that I and a lot of other tenants have with regards to noise. Certain tenants appear to believe that the 10:00 noise curfew does not apply to them as well as a belief that smoking pot right out in public is just fine. When the management is approached about the problem, they ignore you. The police which during my first 3 years here were a rare sight are now a common occurence. Also within a month of signing my most recent lease update, I got notification of an increase in my rent. When I asked how they could raise the rent on a current lease they showed a hard to read sentence (small small print)on page 6 that the complex reserved the right to implement rate increases as "necessary". And here I thought that you signed a lease to lock in a rate for a specified period of time. Apparently I was wrong. I will be moving as soon as my current lease is up without a backward glance.
Highly motivated and professional staff; beautifully landscaped grounds; well-maintained Apartment, recreational, and support facilities; and excellent community of people and pets. Monthly recognition of Veterans, Senior Citizens, and community residents with scheduled lunches, picnics, deserts, and refreshments. A thoroughly secured area that provides protection of facilities and people. All complimented by daily air show of The Thunderbirds at Nellis Air Force Base. It doesn't get any better than this!
I have been living here for almost 3 Years . In general it has been okay living here. Maintenance is really good and timely. The unit itself is nice . Monthly expenses are reasonable . Fitness center is okay but outdated . Pools are kept clean but busy during summer months. Parking on the other hand is awful . About a year ago the office informed that I had to move my Parking spot further away from my unit with no explanation. I put up with even though new tenants were getting closer spaces.In July of this year i had to have Total Hip Replacement . After numerous attempts they still haven't made any attempt to help me get a closer parking space. At the same time new tenants are getting better spots.It seems once you move in the caring stops when real concerns are needed. They also lowered my rent a year ago because I was considered senior citizen. Two months later they increased my rent for some unexplained reason. The biggest downfall is listening all day and night of the Jets flying overhead because it across the street from the main entrance to Nellis Air force Base
Great apartment for the price. They do have scorpions, but not very many. Has a bad wrap around town but I really enjoy it here. Much better than the double priced place up the road.
Me, my wife, and my son love it. It comes with a washer and drier which my wife loves. Its very quiet and clean. We are very happy here.
I've been living at Eagletrace Apartments for about a year now and I'd have to say that it has been one of the best living establishments I have been to yet. The employees in the rental office are so friendly and do everything in their power to please and accommodate my needs. The front gate security does their job well, no one is allowed to visit my apartment without my approval of entry. I can't forget to mention the magnificent maintenance staff, not only are they extremely helpful and timely but they make sure to do the job thoroughly and to make sure that I am pleased before leaving the apartment. The grass is always maintained as well as the swimming pools and the Rec. Centers. The park is always clean and there are no eyesores to be found at anytime. I would recommend Eagletrace Apartments to any residents in Las Vegas looking to sign a lease to a new apartment. I hope that I can continue to applause the owners and employees of such a wonderful apartment complex in the near future.
